    Catchy headline for a thread eh? Both will be true. Running a 2 part cycle. Part 1, Alpha T-2, OEP. Part 2, SD, Mechabol. Depending on progress in phase one I'll either start the SD/MB @ week two, or week 4. So, needless to say, my pants wont fit anymore (i'll need new clothes) because my fat will be raped (thats the reasoning behind an adult). god i'm going to look shredded after this.

    I will be logging this for informative purposes, and as a progress tracker for me. I'm sure some of you will be glad to come along for the ride.
    This is a recomp more in the ball park of a high calorie cut, 2600/day; 300g protien, 200g carbs, 72g fats. lift will be heavy, cardio will suck since i hate it.

    Phase 1:
    AT-2: i'll be following the directions on the bottle
    OEP: I'll also be following the directions on the bottle

    Phase 2:
    Mech 50/75/75/75/75/75-im sure i could run 100 but since im stacking it i see no need to go that high or above. as a s/a i'd probably ramp to 125
    SD: 0/0/20/30/30/30- I'm assuming i'll be fine at 30, as i've dosed that high before with no real issues. i always start low just to make sure nothing crazy is going to happen, especially with new brands. couldnt bring my self to drop a bill on one bottle of CEL.

    I will be running all of the necessary crap like cycle assist, taurine etc. etc... As far as pct, standard as well. nolva, and i'm going to use aromasin, got a ton of it cheaper than otc AI, and well, i do get fairly estro sensitive so i figure it will work even better. i'll probably run it during the ph side of the cycle as well. I'll start logging tonight after the gym. figured i'd toss this up there now since i got an hour and a half lunch break today.

    day one. popped one at-2 this am along with an oep cap. knocked back 2 tbsps of peanut butter and a protien shake for breakfast (i'm up at 430 am every day and really cant see my ass getting up early enough to make breakfast and eat it)

    macro intake, 300g protien, 173g carbs 74g fat @ 2572 kcals.

    gym: today was my chest day. i refuse to do chest on mondays with everyone else. felt real weak today so i just decided to toss a little volume in instead of my typical pyramid type routine that starts at 12 and ends at oh crap pull the bar off my neck.

    pull overs concluded my work out. felt a little sick-definately threw up- from the stims. my body hates them the first day or two. ill be back to normal by the end of the week from them, just wish me luck on sleep tonight would ya?

    If you can get all those sets at such high reps, why don't you up the weight a little and decrease the reps? 5 sets of 10 seems like its too easy for you...

    i typically pyramid up to about 4 reps. the lack of a spotter and the fact that i wasnt feeling well got into my head. the normal day goes something like 275x12;305x10,315x8-10, 335x6, 345x4 and a burn down at 225. not too sure about this t2 stuff though, its left me feeling like everything is just ridiculous heavy but the stamina is there. I'm going finish loading cycle assist for next week then its time to break out the big guns anyways.

    5/11 i hit shoulders and biceps. dosed the alpha t-2, and cycle assist as directed. as i think i mentioned, i took the oep out, too much stimulant=sick beast. lol. i was sore from the back/tri's work out thursday so i took it easy on shoulders and bi's but managed to get a mean ass pump. thought i was going to cry it burned so good.

    that concluded the work out for friday. saturday, today is my off day. dosed 2 alpha t-2s when i woke up and my cycle assist, i'm feeling pretty good but pretty week and i'm really chomping at the bit to get onto the hormones. we'll see if i can with stand temptation and make it through 2 weeks of a preload phase... something tells me i'll be taking my first dosages tomorrow LOL.

    the alpha t-2 is definately making eating difficult at best especially when im trying to swallow 2600-2800 cals a day. however i've been making sure i do get the proper nutrition and i'm sure its paying off. sleep has been difficult to say the least, that might be accountable for the lower than normal weights. also, next week i'm going to change my routine back up a little, I'm going to try to hit legs twice a week and not lose my dead lifts, i really really really want to start packing some mass on the quads. they're getting some mean definition but i want to see like an inch a month of growth. i still look funny, little legs, large upper body. we'll see what kind of training split i can come up with in my crazy mind to hit legs twice and still have adequate rest through out the week.

    I'm going to call last week a fluke... maybe a mentally/physically forced deload week. I havent done one in a while and the low weight high volume did me VERY well... skipped the AT-2 dosage this morning, mostly because i woke up past the time for my normal second dosage and i'd really like to sleep tonight. i also trained fasted today, which i havent done in quite a while. I ran out of energy towards the end, bu, Today i tore sh*t up, total freak show at the gym. I also decided to dose my sd and hd today AFTER the gym. i couldnt help my self. after i hit 345 today with out a spotter for 3 i couldnt help my self.

    2 alpha t-2's, 50mg mech, 20mg sd. .5mg arimedex. weight is down to 209, started @ 215. i expect it to go back up a little now that the hormones are added in. i will say i'm getting VERY vascular. more than normal on superdrol, going to contribute it to the alpha t-2 since its only day 2 of sd and mech.

    5/15 and 18 we're off days. all 3 days i dosed 50mg mechabol, 20mg sd and .5mg adex. I'm certain the sd has kicked in. the 16th and 17th i set two personal bests for weight used on a set. i hit 120lb dumbells for 10 rows. only reason i stopped was my grip was failing. i did them with strict form, none of that kroc row bull****. on the 17th i was even more exctatic. 385 for 2 on squats at the top of the pyramid. weight is still hovering around 210, keeping carbs fairly low to keep the glycogen weight gain down. going to squeeze in some chest bi's and tri's today then go hang out down at the beach lmao. i'll update with the full work out later i suppose.

    5/20 off 5/21 legs

    On 5/21 I started pulsing sd and mech. @ 30mg and 75 respectively, off days were 20/50.
    Front squats 135x10 185x8 185x8 185x8 135x5
    Superset db lunge straight leg deads
    20'sx10 x3 sets for plunges 135x10 for sldls. My knee started being a b!itch on squats and persisted through plunges and dears. Feels like tendonitis... *sigh*. Ill get over it
    Leg extensions
    110x20 for 4 sets 110x15 dropset to 70 for the last one. Maybe 45 seconds between sets. Very intense pump. My legs felt like rock. I could feel the fascia stretch with every sets.
    Standing leg curls
    35 on each side fir 15 reps. 45 second rests. 3rd set nasty cramping set in so I called it. Stretched hit up calf raises and hanging leg lifts and went home.

    5/23 back n shoulders

    Took this from Kris gethin of bb.com. very intense supersets. Warmed up with chins, neutral grip 10,8,8,8,7. Onto the super sets.
    Smythe shoulder press 45lbsx50 bent over barbell row on smythe 95x50 sp 65x40 bor 100x40 sp 85x30 bor 105x30 sp105x20 bor 115x20 sp and bor 135x10 sp and bor 185x10 both exercises 135x20 both 115x15- was supposed to get 30 hit total failure and stopped.

    Wide grip pull downs 4 sets of SLOW reps 1∅5x12

    Yesterday I learner about Dc training. Today I put it to use.

    Biceps -
    Seated db curls. 20 lbs x15 30x12 warm ups. 45x8rp4rp3
    Forearms hammer curls 4 sets @ 30x12
    Stretch- hit 30 seconds, almost passed out from the pain.
    squats
    135x10, 225x8,315x6 335x6-noticed the twinge from tendonitis again... not cool widowmakers @185- way too easy possibly 225-250 next week
    Stretched for the full 60 seconds.. gd it hurt so good
    straight leg deads
    135x6 205x6 225x6 235x6 240x5
    Stretched for about 40 secede each, talk about PAIN.
    leg press calves 490x12 for 4 sets with 8 second negatives and deep stretches at the bottom.

    Oh yeah, bodyweight is solid @ 211... definately down a % or two on bf.

    Ive used that pyramid/superset a few times now. Its brutal. Im going to incorporate it into full blown cutting cycles, more than what im doing now. it works well with bi's and tris, chest and back and ive seen it used on legs and shoulders. It took me maybe 65 minutes. I keep a pretty high intensity with my rest times typically no longer than 90 seconds.

    5/26-28... I was sicker than hell. Took they days off from everything except sd and mech. 5/29 was upper body Dc day 1a. Flat Smith presses started ot out. Warm ups were 135x20, 225x10, 275x8 work set was 315x9rp4rp3 for a total of 16 reps. Smith shoulder presses next warmed up @ 135, work set 225x8rp3rp2 on to jm presses for Tris. Never done them before so I did a set with the bar to get the range of motion and then 135x10rp8rp6. Next week will be signifiacntly heavier. Wide grip pull ups bodyweight x5rp3rp2 and rack deads to cap it last set was 405x3 with very nasty back pumps.

    5/31 was legs 2c. Skipped b day because some ass hats had he leg press stacked with every 45 in the place and lets just say proper form was out the door. I should also make mention ive upped the dosage of the hormones, 30/75 non lift 40/100 pulses on lift days. No adverse sides to note. Kicked the work out off with barbell curls. Got the blood flowing with the unweighted bar for 20 reps. Work set was 95x8rp3rp2. Hammer curls I decided to change up I did 30x12 straight reps 40x7 with a 4 second hold at the top and a 2 second negative third set I used 25s with a 6 second hold and negative. Standing leg curls 45 lbsx12rp6rp4 standing toe raises 225x8 very slow long negatives heels to the floor and a 6 second hold on the top. Hack squats,, I don't know the sled weight so its by weight on one side, 45x12 90x12 135x12 180x8 widow maker with 90s for 21 reps.

    6/2 upper 1c dosages remained the same. Incline Smith 135x20 warm up, 225x10 warm up 275x12rp5rp2 push presses 135x8 rp 3 rp 2 reverse grip bench 205x10 rp 3 rp 1 pull ups bodyweightX12 rp 5 rp 3 bent over rows 185x10rp6rp3.

    I'm feeling very strong on Dc so far and enjoying the shorter work outs.

    Personal best for any pressing movements today. Actually 3 bests. 385x3 on decline bench... 3 plates for 6 on hammer inclines, 245x6 on close grip bench. Got derailed when a guy wanted to work in with me and it became a contest. Wont complain about it i look and feel focking massive right now.

    sorry for the lack of updates in here. I've been busy trying to make sure i eat right in traveling, i drove 1000 miles back home and then 1000 miles back to sc for another contract. in the week i was home i ditched the dc becauase i couldnt find my note book and quite honestly i just wanted to catch a good pump while i was there. I've increased pretty much every movement i use. my bench has skyrocketed, my squats are getting to be big weight, leg presses were insane and hacks i broked my weight records and rep numbers records. I got back to work on wednesday in sc, took the day off from lifting. I hit it thursday back with my dc schedule which i have slightly revised. highlights are on my incline bench 275x15rp6rp3 which is a 3 or 4 rep increase pre rest pause. time to bump weight. close grips i hit 245 10rp5rp2, leg presses were good but not great.

    a friend of mine gave me some dbols and some anadrols for a bottle of nolva i had, which worked out quite nicely since i took my last dose of mechabol that day.. he gave me roughly 12 days worth of each. having never taken them before i said f it why not. i'm pushing my anabolics out until those are gone. i started taking the dbols at 30mg a day and 50mg anadrol a day. vascularity has increased quite a bit. i understand what people mean about the feeling on dbol, damn i feel great. i think monday will be quite the suprise as far as weight is concerned at the gym. its day 1b which will consist of blat bench, standing mil press, dips, rack pulls and wide pull ups. looking forward to the possibilities.

    I've got my pct fully lined up, i will be using dpol, anabeta elite, erase pro, nolvadex, recycle and slin shot. i dont think the gains will stop with the cessation of anabolics. I will do my best to continue to log through my pct, and possibly up to my next cycle, which will be injectables and will start in september. I'm tossing a few ideas around but after this last cycle the amount of strength i've gained, and the fat i've lost im pretty sure it will be a bulk. the possibilities are test e, eq, and dbols, test e, npp, dbols and var or test p, npp, var and winny. i've got a little time to decide and i do have a legit source now, my friend shared the information as to where he got the dbols from so we'll see when we get there i suppose.

    killed it today. 2b leg day. squatted. heavy set was 385 for 3. widowmaker on hacks with 360. two personal bests. preacher curls with 100lbs for 12 pre rest pause was another record. got two days of gear left and then pct starts :-( I'm so not ready to come off. i was considering running some test e for 10 weeks with another round of superdrol but I'm going to hold off to get my next cycle in asap and that will be when the true hulk ish will happen. i've got the cycle figured out and beast mode is outdated. superbeast mode for sure.

    Thanks bro... my squats and deads blow imo. I need to work on those badly. Im going to use a similar oral stack for my next cy le which will be injectables. Ill see about pictures, my avi was taken the day before i started. After depends if the mirror likes me. I had 3 really bad diet weeks.

    Well. its been fun. yesterday was the last day. today started my post cycle therapy. yesterday was day 1c on the dc program. decline bench 365x8rp4rp2 and Jm presses off an ez curl bar with no rack at 195lbs for 12 rp7rp1 were the highlights of the work out. total freak show.

    all in all. this was my LAST ph/ds cycle. the dbols and anadrols i took for a week and a half were absolutely insane. i cant imagine 4 to 6 weeks with some test e and some tren... my next cycle. look for the log sometime between september and october. its going to be a freak show. cant wait for the stares.
