STANKYLEG KEEPS 11OXO and Stano 200 UNDER CONTROL W/ LICOGENIX & DIVISION 1

First of all a big thanks to Judgement Day and Athletix for allowing me to log this awesome new product, Licogenix. I'll be logging Lico for at least the first 30 days, I may take it further.

I'll be training mon/wed/fri. Those wil be carb days. I'll probably get in the ball park of 300 good carbs those days. Protein will always be a minimum of 200gms. Fats will always be there. Dont know how many.

-Monday is upper body strength(compound movements in the 3-5 rep range. 3:20 total time for each set and rest )

HIIT for the most part. As often as possible. I will also do a metabolic circuit when time allows.

Day one was yesterday. I felt great all day. Pump was rock solid in the gym. Libido was strong as death by 10am. Vascularity came with my workout (8:20am) and hasnt really left.

Lico for estrogen control up front. PCT is gonna be Torem, Erase Pro, and maybe purecamp 95. I havent really made up my mind on a test booster yet.

Day 3. Lower body Strength day. Felt great today. Libido is good, real good. I hope it stays like this, or better ;) Everything feels good. I workout on wednesdays at 5am. I dont really care for this, but it's the only way I can be sure some choad isnt doing curls on the one squat rack in the gym. Let's please stop this madness people.

After that it was another 10 mins of HIIT on the treadmill at 30/30 followed by 5 mins on the cardio row at 30/30. I was in the gym around an hour and 20 minutes. I'm not used to that much time. The 3:20 timed set and rest periods are really long. I had no problem recovering fully in the 3 minutes that I usually had left after my reps were complete. Great workout. I think I'm about to go hit another round of hiit on the elliptical, maybe a metabolic circuit.

430am, 30gms carbs, 1 scoop flash over, 10gm BCAA, and a hand full of pills. Super freakin workout this morning. 1 minute work and rest per set, 2 minute per superset. This comes out to about 30 seconds work and 30 seconds rest, then on to the opposing body part. I did a total of 48 sets in 51 minutes. 10 minutes steady state on the treadmill, then 180lbs for 50 reps on the leg press(DAMN)

Well, I have bad news. Almost immediately after starting this my skin started itching at random, my stool became pale and my appetite went away. As of today I'm dropping ultra, bumping the 11oxo to 1gm and stano to 600mg. Its not what I had planned for, but its safe. Workout tonight.

Sorry to hear the Ultradrol just didn't work out. The 11oxo/Licogenix combo is interesting, should see some nice changes with this.

Last nights workout was the joint. All lifts went up. Work/rest set times were for upper body strength from my opening post. 3:20 total. Great pump, great drive, just effin great.

At this point I had to go outside twice to fix my girlfriends car. I lost enough time to not get to do deads. Sucked

Hiit 15 mins on the treadmill 40/20 with 7-7.5mph for 40 seconds and 4mph for 20. Feeling great. Libido is strong. Confidence is strong.

Btw body weight is 194.5 today. I'm looking leaner than the day I started. This is great, and just the beginning.

Stool is back to normal. I ordered 60 days of SAMe to be on the safe side. I also picked up some rice protein to help me eliminate all forms of dairy the last 2 weeks before the beach. Body fat feels like its disappearing at a really fast rate. I think this is gonna be the summer stack next summer too. I might mess with the dosages of a couple things. Bump 11, stano and div 1. leave licogenix like it is. Conditioning/pump workout is tomorrow. Double dosing flashover for this one.

Usually 1-1.5, but on superset hell day I do 2. I'm almost out
You need to try 2.5 scoops with 16mg of Ephedrine :D

I've gone up to 3 scoops, seems to be my max amount I can take, my buddy who is a powerlifter at the gym I train at, well he has taken 8 scoops before......some people can take down caffeine hardcore!

The freakin pain was so crazy on that last group. I finished off with 16 mins hiit on the treadmill. The sweat was rolling down my head. Everything about this feels great. Nothing negative I can say.

Great workout yesterday with the exception of the old man who thought he needed to help me on the last rep of the last set of db presses. Apparently his idea of helping me was grabbing one of the dumbells and trying to take it from me. On stano, I think I deserve a star for not cussing his @$$. Moving on. Libido is great, mood is great. My girlfriend says "your veins are gross" when she looks at my arms. I would say everything is coming along nicely.

Sorry bro. I now realize that the post was unclear and misleading. The itching I noticed within the first 24. The others were a couple to three days. My bad.

I almost crashed. I mean a heavy db press is on the edge of disaster as it is. After he left, The lady that works there told me he came in the office telling them they need to say something about me slamming those weights down. I was gonna bust the concrete. What a douche. I bring them to the lowest position the let them fall forward. 18 inches tops. I may get kicked out tomorrow. Lol
