-Monday is upper body strength(compound movements in the 3-5 rep range. 3:20 total time for each set and rest )

-Wedneday Lower Body Strength (same as upper body strength)

4x Leg Press
4x Deads
3x Seated Calf
3x Straight leg Calf
-Fri Total Body Hypertrophy Superset Hell (1 minute total per set, 2 minutes total per superset)
6-7x Chest/Row
6-7xShoulder/Lunge
6x Bi/tri
Cardio
HIIT for the most part. As often as possible. I will also do a metabolic circuit when time allows.
