I think leangains recommends 14 hours fasted and 10 hour feeding for women
Damn how do u make it through the hunger?

It only sucks for the first few days then ur body gets use to eating at watever times u feed it.
Another big plus is not having to pack food and bring it to work everyday and stop wat im doing to eat every 3 hours. It really takes alotta stress outta eating and wen its time to eat u eat like a king! Pretty much stuff ur face til ur full which is very satisfying

At first it was a little difficult but u just have to choose the right foods. After i lift ill eat a 1500-2000 calorie meal no problem now. I dont think ill ever go back to eating every few hours

How successful is IF when u bulk? I'm interested cuz I'm thinking this could keep me even leaner when I bulk this winter.

Havnt tried "bulking" with IF but what its suppose to do is allow u to add lean mass while keeping off the fat.
    Lifting days ill eat 3000-3500 calories 40%protein 40%carbs 20%fat
    Non lifting days 1800-2200 calories 50%protein 20%carbs 30%fat
Ive been able to add muscle(not huge amounts yet but definitely noticeable) while getting leaner and stronger...could not be happier with the results from IF and ive only been doing it for 7 weeks

Sounds really good bro. I'm up for trying new things, cuz I'm a bodybuilder so u know how I eat already. So you're not worried about insulin spikes from consuming all those carbs in a relatively short period of time?

Well after lifting u want ur insulin to spike to drive all the nutrients and hormones into ur damaged muscles and thats wen i consume the most carbs and protein at once.
Another great thing about not eating until around noon is ur body is very insulin senstive in the morning so if u eat the normal bodybuilder breakfast of egg whites and a bunch of oats ur insulins gonna spike hard and store alot more of that meal as fat because theres nowhere else for those carbs to b used effectively.
Even if u dont try IF i would try eating more like a steak and eggs breakfast(protiens and fats)

Good point bro, I think will try this out when I bulk in the winter. I'll just have to recalculate everything so I know how much to cook and whatnot.

Thatd be an interesting way to bulk... 4+k cals in an 8 hour window would be brutal.

Or 3 big macs and a coke...

Actually yeah I think I could easily do that, i'd have to get creative with the flavoring though cuz eating all that meat and rice would get boring.

I think youre being over critical of your self. We've all been guilty of it. Theres a noticable difference though. Keep up the hard work.

Not sure havnt checked bf but the last week iv noticed a drop in weight.. I just came from the docs got gastritis was looking up the causes, from stress and theres a whole list of things that trigger it and might be from clen, inflammation and possibly an ulcer I'm taking a week off it to see how I go but still gonna keep fasting cos I really dont have a variety to eat that much with this problem

That's the thing I feel good when I'm fasting the minute I put anything in my stomach the burning pain is terrible... Just gotta eat bland so no spices or anything acidic or gassy... Which doesn't leave me with much... Gonna take it easy and listen to my body... Thanks heaps
