Yesterday was legday
Squats: 135x12, 185x12, 225x12, 275x10, 275x10, 275x8
Leg press 800x12, 900x12, 1050x12, 1050x10, 1050x8
Leg extensions: 10x12, 11x12, 12x12, 13x10, 13x10, 13x10
Leg Curls: 10x10, 11x10, 12x10, 13x9, 13x8, 13x6
Barbell lunges: 135x15, 135x15, 135x15, 135x15 (Trying to get form down thus the relatively light weight
I forgot to write down the calves and forearms portion.
HIIT went fairly well
Ab work was about 30 minutes of situps, leg lifts, and ab rollers.
Other then that all is well.

Um no offense but you def don't look like you're putting up those numbers... The only one that looked believable was your shoulder workout except for the 135x6 military press. I'm not talkin **** I just don't believe your numbers.

This week I will post a leg press video..... haters. I am not really seeing it being that ridiculous considering the biggest guy at my gym does that weight with one leg. Thus me being half as strong as him. Also as of right now I just noticed I accidentally double posted the 12 set of leg press.

I was doing a bit of cardio and ab work today and I was a bit dehydrated, which wasnt fun or smart so now I am pounding a bit of water to get ready for tomorrows big day of gym fun.

recently been doing my home work on 11 oxo and dmz . I'm excited to hear your progress and see some stats. Ignore the hate haha your doing some awesome work !

Just got done with my chest workout for the day.(skipped class to go to the gym.... dont tell anyone.)
Bench: 135x10, 185x10, 205x10, 225x10, 255x8(PR)
Flyes: 35x10, 40x10, 45x10, 50x10, 55x8
Incline Bench: 105x10, 125x10, 145x10, 165x10, 175x10, 175x8 (PR ON CRACK)
Cable crossovers: 5.5x12, 6 x12, 6,5x12, 7x12, 7x10, 7.5x8
And now I am very hungry.
Went alot better then last weeks, I am assuming that the transderm and 11-oxo upped my stamina a bit because my incline rocketed when normally even light weight is a struggle, or maybe it was the hate fueling my hate which caused a positive feeback loop of hate that made me minutely hulkish.
Tonight hopefully I can set some new PRs during my back workout.

T-bar rows: 115x10, 135x10, 160x10, 180x10, 190x8
Seated cable row: 11.5x10, 12.5x10, 13.5x10, 14.5x10, 15.5x10, 16x8 (PR set but ouch)
One arm Dumbbell row: 75x10, 80x10, 85x10, 90x10, 100x8
Dumbbell Pull over: 80x10, 85x10, 90x10, 95x10, 100x10
I might replace the pullovers with something else but I am not sure what yet..... AKA looking for suggestions.
My lower back is a bit sore but so it goes. Other then that feeling good, still sweating a bit more then usual and my mood is up.
