Ok ladies and gents here we go. its been over a year since I messed around with any anabolics so i figured I'd come back with a fun little 6 week h drol blast to do a little body recomposition. this will be my 4th cycle, first time with hdrol (last 3 were epi) and dosing will go as follows

week 1
day 1,2,3: 50 mg
day 4,5,6,7: 75 mg
week 2-6: 75 mg flat out

pre loaded with cyce assist.
pct will be nolva (already have it)

supps:

efx kre alk: 1 pill pre, 1 post (per "suggested use")
DS Lean Xtreme: 2 upon waking, 1 every 4 hours until bed time (I swear by this product. used several times befor. S*** gets you peeled)
Flax oil
fish oil
multi pack
Alpha Lipoic Acid (200 mg with every carb meal)


DIET!!!
Diet is going to be a little unorthodox, I will eat slightly above maintenence weeks 1,3,5 getting all of my carbs (300 g) in meals 1,2,3 and post w.o. shake. cutting carbs off completely after that. protein will be high at around 400 g. the rest of my cals will come from flax oil, coming in right around 3k. squeaky clean. oats, yams, tuna, egg whites, chicken, salmon, 93/7, whey and thats about it. water intake will be 2 gallons a day. weeks 2,4,6 i will cut out all carbs except pre w.o. meal and post w.o shake.

TRAINING!!!! will be push/pull/legs. nothing is set in stone, I will perform a few basic compound movements every week to guage strength gains, but other than that im sure my routine will vary from week to week. During my cutting weeks i will do 15-20 min HIIT 3-4 times a week. Im considering using fasted AM HIIT as a pert of my regimine, but im not sure how this wuld fair. Id love to hear your guys thoughts on this.
