So I have started this cycle after more researching and after getting over being sick, which always sucks! Originally posted infor for this cycle here :http://anabolicminds.com/forum/cycle-info/196535-recomp-sd-clone.html#post3284586

Brief History and stats:few cycles before hdrol, mdrol, mdrol/stanodrol, mdrol/epi. In that order with some good gains. Lifting experience 5 years plus. 24 yo 5'11" STARTING WEIGHT 202.71 pounds or 91.95 kgs, current bf% unknown but id roughly say 12-14%

Goals to gain lean muscle mass and drop body weight plain and simple. Diet is in check 300 protein 260/300 carbs <80 fats which is about 3000 calories give or take on training and non training days. Cutting the drink which will be hard but another goal i want to achieve and this will help with saving money ! Yeahh buddy So here it is...

Day 1 was sunday 1/4 - rest day so casual day with girlfriend eating and lazing around haha

Day 2 smashed chest late in the evening, feeling pretty awesome haha lifted quite heavy trained very well considering a long day at work and being close to 11 pm at night workout involved : 4 x flat bench dumbbell, 4th set 80lbs for 6. 3 x matrix incline barbell press. 3 x peck machine heavy. Finished with til failure of chest dips

Day 3 Just got back from doing back about 20 minutes now and thought i should write this out and start this log, i guess better late than never ! Felt good decided to start with 4 x stright arm pull downs with rope went higher in weight than usual seeing it was first exercise so blood was pumping, exercises that followed felt this reaction. 4 x close grip lat pull downs heavy max 8 reps each set. 3 x hammer strength machine. 4 x rope seated row got a nice squeeze and pump happening!

Will post some pics when i can be bothered plugging my iphone into computer but yes soon though

Day 4 - noticed some joint discomfort after running at 20 mgs since start rather than the 10 mg as stated above. It's annoying but got some glucosamine msm chondroiton happening so hopefully this will aid along with a shhh load of fish oil. Other key things to note been running albuterol at around 8mgs/day since starting. The usual cramp around first day or so has now gone so tolerances have been found. Time to up the dosage tomorrow (day 5) will be bumping it to 12mgs/day same again until tolerance.

Didn't train legs today :( got bitten by a silly spider so foot was f****** sore for the whole day ! Will pick it up on the weekend.

Day 5 - started taking some creatine glucosamine and upped fish oil. Also changed brands of superdrol. Back to old faithful CEL mdrol anyways we will see what happens. Upped dose of albuterol to 12mg and felt good. No sides. Water intake was enormous though and sweated my baaalllllls off so that was good.

Training wise shoulders was on te cards. Trained with my bro who was back in town. 4 x dumbbell press. 3 x military. 3 x lateral raises. 3 x real dealt machine. Just took it easy considering wrists were still a little sore and tender ! Diet was food also hit all goals with Marcos although still have another meal or so to go for the day.

Albuterol well I want to cut some of this excess fat around mid section. Plus I figure it would be best to take it on cycle seeing it could possibly be catabolic right ? I will only be doing it for the first 4 weeks on cycle. Weights no worries man I'll figure some of them tomorrow and post them up and take more notice during training haha. Thanks for subbin bro !!!

Day 6 - good friday no training seeing ym was closed, diet was great barbequed fish :18: and then work
Day 7 - Gym was open but couldnt train dut to restricted opening hours and worked all day long
Day 8 - easter sunday gym was closed yet again and traveled to see girlfriend
Day 9 - easter monday was another wash seeing restricted hours again and traveled home, although this night had 2 light beers in clebreation of my good friends engagement! they didnt taste that good haha so glad im off the drink for a long time

Over these days felt good had good energy, was taking all supps and 'drugs' as usual, wrists and knees were still sore but had settled down, i think between the regular icing of them and the support supps they came good and then onto to day10

Day 10 - upped the dose of albuterol 18mg over the day felt some small sides such as a head ache mid arvo didnt pose too much trouble smashed some water and paracetamol, barely had any sleep and was tired as still went to the gym trained back and biceps, upped the dose of mdrol too to 30mg, insane pumps at the gym !!!!!! will pick up chest tomorrow with some leg action but more about the workout, murk01 you wanted some comparisons so here it is,,,

U should hit up your traps either on back day or shoulder day ( I prefer shoulder) .. Yours look pretty flat makes your neck look skinny

I usually do them on shoulders day. But yeah I see what you mean. Do you feel that training them twice a week is too much? If not will defo do that

well since youre on cycle nows the best time to try n hit them twice...just gve em some time to rest before the second go

try to do some wide grip upright rows witha barbell...hands just past shoulder width..then do shrugs last, just a suggestion

Day 12 – day of raging headaches woke up with one and finishing the day with one! Still pumped a tone of water and some paracetamol and only took 12mg of albuterol, had a little nap after a huge cheat meal at all you can eat buffet!
Training wise shoulders went well lifted huge and a lot of volume to get the blood flowing! as again precious week in red

Day 13 - Smashed arms !!! and second day of another all you can eat :/

Inb4 strong bulk hahah

Tris – 3 sets rope push downs, 4 sets dips and 3 set dropset ez bar push downs wide then close grip
Bis – 3 sets dumbbell curls, 4 sets hammer strength preachers, 3 set superset hammer curls with reverse grip ez bar curls

Day 14 – Off,, hung with missus and worked, but was bloated as fuuuuaaaaaarrrrk for the whole day was the worst thing ever I think the all you can eats caught up with me

Day 15 – off worked all day and relaxed, tonight was first night of liquid keto to help dem beta receptors! Ovewr this week wil think about upping the does of albulterol slightly, getting this done before I smash chest tonight (day 16) will see how strength is and weight is going. Feeling like a beast and looking large!!! Stay tuned for more

Day 16 - Chest day, chest day gotta get down on chest day! so smashed chest lifted heavy and pretty high volume, also just my liquid keto woke up this morning felt a little groggy seeing i took it just before last night so hopefully wont tomorrow morning, the work out went like this

Day 17 - back day, smashed it and this week it seems as though ive been training 5 sets for atleast2 exercises and with high volume its good i feel, gets a good pump happening and hopefully some strength!! no too much to report with the cycle wise except i took albut and had a coffee heaps late so dunno if ill be sleeping ,much tonight.

Day 18 - Legs, once again legs workout is limited due to back injury and also includes core workouts to fix said problem

quads - 3 sets 12 reps each side(24 in total) medicine ball squats - chopping motion
3 sets twist lunges 12 reps each leg with medicine ball
4 sets leg press
3 sets leg extensions

hammys - 4 sets lying curls
4 sets swill ball curl hammy
3 sets high position leg press for hammy/glute

All weights are at a weight where it doesnt stress my back or anything like that but still providing a decent pump and resistance

Refer to this for all workouts for legs as it will not change!.

forgot to take my last dose of liquid albut before work because i was rushed so f44444ed that one Lol

hey bro sorry been away for a few days! but the SD is going very well feeling alpha as fuuark, looking very nice, full and muscly although not so much vasculated. Its start of week4 atm and have been at 30mg for past 2 and a bit.

sorry for delay of updates - been away!

Day 19 - smashed out shoulders, i felt last week front delts did not get a decent working so this week included plate raises with 45 lb plate to hit them, but wlill make sure they get a good working this coming week, week 4. So the work out was good trained late

Day 21 - had two at christening after party each seperated by atleast 4 hours and heaps and heaps of water. Ate like an animal there was plenty of food to be had :) :) :)

day 22 - travelled home with some awesome cheat meals such as bacon and eggs and maccas, today also started trenavol instead of 30 mgs (ie 1 caps) started at 2 caps so 60mgs, also bumped up albuterol to 24mgs, 30 mgs epistane and test base which consists of 1 $ad RDe tab and 6 alp[ha mass caps per day. These compunds will be run like this for week 4 while still running m drol at 30mg

no sides were reported but i was tired as from the weekend and basically slept even with all the stimulants

upped dose of tren to 90mg and epi to 50mg,,, felt sluggish and tired all day though so we will see how it goes on day 30 with training

sides update

noticed a feeling of tiredness or lethargy early last week and over the weekend and basically slept for hours after gym or whenever i could haha, was taking epi at 50mg and tren at 90mg, 40 of epi pre workout and 60 of tren pre also. I since have changed the timing of 4ad rde and alpha mass to late arvo or post workout 2 hours to aid in this lethargic feeling, i feel that this has worked and i dont feel as depleted or tired after workout. I dont think it was a diet factor seeing it was on point most days but possible for rest days of timing of carbs through the day and night

Sex drive is down although it is not fully shut down, i havent felt like sex or the like lately but when its on its on. i feel that the change and timing of the test base has helped in the past few days also

muscles are looking fuller, leaner, harder and vasculated, i have a few photos but theyre not that good my mate messed them haha so ill obtain more and post asap

as i posted in the training update weight is up to 216, it feels as though my bodyweight is increasing and fat composition is somewhat the same although looking leaner, so im not too sure if i want to hit 220 just yet hahah

after this coming saturday 12/5 it will be time to up the dose of epi to 60 a day and tren to 120 a day so we will see how this goes!

Day 41. Rest day unfortunately Couldn't fit my usual shoulders workout in :(

Day 42 - still couldn't do shoulders went at a busy time and couldn't use anything so just did arms.

Before I could even think of it I started with biceps instead of triceps like I had planned for nex time anyways

Day 44 sleep in day and upped dose of epi to max doseage 60mg and tren to 120mg felt okay. Will see how I respond to it all tokorrow in the gym ad throughout the day

sides update latest

noticed my nipples sensitive from being touchewd by the slightest bump or anything, this was day after last day of tren and epi, i am now having DAA everyday and just the test base 4ad Rde at perscribed dosage daily in the morning as to mimic natural test. I am thinking i will run some armidex at 0.25mg EOD so i dont get them bitch titties or lumps etc

Also last few days on trenavol was hectic mad night sweats and broken sleep, not overly too bad just annoying more than anything

weeks 8 and 9 update

So the two weeks have pasted since finishing cycle and doing the test base, still feeling good, no sides although had sensitive nipples for most of week 8, ad still looking and weighing pretty much the same

have changed up my training a little to more of a 4 setter to start and then some more higher volume stuff, dont want to lift all that heavy incase of injury

and exercises have from barbells to dumbells for example

so thats whats up!

So today is first day PCT and looking like this

Anabeta 6/6/6/6/6/6
DAA as per usual
Erase 2/2/2/2/2/2
Compound 20 as per usual

I figured ill start taking erase day one pct seeing that ive already been off the tren/epi for two weeks and only have been taking the 4ad RDe

if you have an opinion on this or still think it should be day 10 of PCT let me know ASAP brahs

Hahah fuuar sorry breh been mega busy worst excuse but I've been thinking of you guys !

So here's the update sitting at around 214/216 lbs which is decent i think haven't lost too much size or weight at all and it's now been 2 since finish of pct. although a little bit of fat gain but still looking swole as fuuar

I was starting to get worried about u bro. Good to the cycle worked. I might give it a shot one day. But it's to advanced for me right now.
