    I've tweaked this cycle quite a bit, but I think I've finally got it dialed in just right

    I was planing on running Furaguno along side the P-Plex, then a couple of days ago LGI released their Stano-200 and I figured there would be a lot of interest in seeing this logged. I will be starting the cycle 1 week late seeing as the Stano-200 wont be shipped till tomorrow (my original start date) so that means 1 more week of preloading.

    The Goal
    This cycle will be a bit more ambitious than my previous cycle. I intend to gain 16 lbs of lean body mass while shedding 2 points of body fat. (those are the lowest benchmarks I wouldn't be disappointed with). In truth I would love to go up 20 with a loss of fat. I've only been back in the gym for just over a month. I was out of the gym for about 7 months with joint issues. While out I lost about 20lbs I would like to get back to where I was, and do so before the close of 2012. This is the kickstart!

    The History
    I'm 30 and this will be my 2nd cycle, the 1st one being just over 2 years ago. On that cycle I had great gains , held those gains, and added a bit... for the better part of 2 years.

    My 1st cycle
    Epi 25/50/50
    Bold 600/600/600/1000/1000/1000/1000/1000


    The Cycle
    P-Plex 20/20/30/30/30
    Stano-200 400/600/600/600/600/800/800
    (the 1st 2 days I will only dose 200mg of Stano)

    The Supports
    Fishoil: 10g/ed
    Hawthorne Berry: 1g/ed
    Milk thistle: 1g/ed
    Multi-V

    The PCT
    Nolvadex: 40/20/20/10
    DAA 3g/ed
    Rhodiola Rosea: 1g/1g/500mg/500mg (cortisol)
    Vitamin C: 1g/ed (cortisol)
    DIM: 600mg/400mg/200mg/200/mg (estrogen metabolizer)

    The Diet

    This will be an impeccably clean bulk, goal is 4000 calories per day.

    Protein (45% of total caloric intake) will come by way of canned tuna, skinless chicken breast, lean ground turkey, roasted turkey breast, and the occasional, salmon, or tilapia. Supplemented by Truenutrition: Rice Protein Concentrate non-GMO 75%, Dextrose 15%, Taurine 10%

    Carbohydrates (40% of total caloric intake) will come by way of juiced fresh veggies and fruit, supplemented with cooked black beans, black eye peas, lima beans, sweet potatoes, brown rice and whole wheat pasta.

    Fats (15% of total caloric intake) Fish oil, olive oil, and peanut oil almost exclusively. I will have limited chicken and turkey fat.


    The Log
    I have always sucked at journals and the like (as evedint by my 1st cycle), so I will not likely update daily but I will update as often as something note worthy occurs I'd be honored to have as many of you all along as might be interested.


  2. 14 lbs gained

    Here's a quick update I am 2 months post cycle wanted to let you all know how this cycle turned out.

    1st off this was a great cycle for me and I think it was just what I needed, after my 4 weeks of pct I felt great but about a week later started getting some estro rebound I wanted to get to homeostasis without adding a pharma grade AI after PCT... eventually after trying to manage with nolvadex @ 10mg eod I had to go to an AI. So I'm tapering down 6 bromo now (in 2nd week of 3 week taper 75/50/25)... next cycle I'll use erase pro instead of a herbal cort control and AI.

    Aside from the estro rebound related minor gyno which is shrinking as I type I'm incredibly happy with this cycle. I'm MUCH stronger today than when I ended the cycle. I'm still sitting at 172 lbs and have new PR's on all my lifts, strength continues to grow, BF is down a bit, vascularity is up a bit, (I added low dose ECA as a prework out to my staple year round sups)

    3 weeks of 6-bromo sorta put a wrench in my plan for a for a mid August start date on the next cycle... but hopefully I'll be ready to go by late September. If September is a no go, at the latest I'll my m-drol/h-drol bridge in October some time. I think Ill keep Letro on hand in the future.

  3. goals are unrealistic. post pct, 20lbs with fat loss is almost guaranteed not to happen. not a hater just a realist.

    I expect to hear that and I would believe it If I had not responded so well on my previous Epi/Bold cycle. On that cycle I was pretty strict on my diet but it was not as clean as it should have been; I put on nearly 20lbs on that cycle and 90% of the gains were from the first 3 weeks of Epi.

    As I stated I won't be disappointed if I gain 16lbs and drop 3-4 lbs of fat but I have got to set the bar high.

  8. Well yesterday was my 1st day tracking my calories in along time looks like I'm going to have to get my appetite up, as I only managed to get down 2600 calories. The good news is my matinence is lower than it used to be... i was probably 300-500 over yesterday so I'm thinking 3000 calories is a good starting goal.

    yesterday was preload day 16...

    Looks like the my stano shipped yesterday and DAA is due to arrive the 29th so we are locked an loaded! There should be nomore delays (knock on wood) and I'll begin dosing on monday

    Diet
    I did a little better yesterday on total cals but i went out to lunch and carbs went down while fats went up... im not to upset about it seeing as it was just olive oil and a little pork.

    I got awhile to plan man I just ended my pct for protomax had a good cycle 0 side effects gained about a solid 9 pounds and nice strength increase. I'm looking in about a few months hopefully. It was weird I didn't really experience any shut down or suppression at all from that cycle wonder if that's normal ha ha. Ya I've been going back and forth with phera or m-drol I'm not sure which one I have a busy day every day with kids work ext so it makes my support supps hard to remember lol.

    Very nice man I went back and forth a few times between phera and sd before settling on phera. The reason i chose phera was basically my current stash. Ive got 1 maybe 2 runs of phera but enough SD to last for ever I got spooked back in 2010 and stocked up pretty good knowing one day i would want to try it. I still kick myself for not getting any of PP's tren tabs they cleared them @ crackhead prices around 10 or 20 bucks for a pack of 50-100 tabs, don't remember the exact numbers but it was an awesome deal.

    Ya I hear ya man what superdrol do u have is the the original one? Ya I freaked out to and have 6 m-drol and 12 LGI SD-10 and about 15 m-stane ha ha. If you have the original superdrol let me know I would buy one off you if your willing to part with one lol. Ya I kick myself to back in 09 I remember seeing X-tren and p-plex for like 15 a bottle right before the ban. I have one bottle left of p-plex so ya I think that's why I'm gonna run it next to it expires 10/2012.

  16. I'm going to pull the trigger. Stano and DAA both came in yesterday, instead of having day 18 of preload I've decided to start my cycle.

    Goodluck Bro keep us updated man, I'm getting really really impatient to start my pp cycle I hate waiting lol I just got my stano-200 and my p-stanz today so i want to see how yours goes and decide what to throw into the mix lol

    Yesterday I uped the Stano to 400mg PP is still @ 20mg

    Workouts
    Strength is up, no effects on motivation or drive. Had a big workout yesterday and i feel like i should be sore but im not maybe it hasnt hit me yet though.

    Gains
    Over the last 5 days of preload I dropped about 2.5 lbs down to 162.5lbs, I'm back up 3 pounds in the 1st 4 days of the cycle. Muscle hardness is the biggest improvement

    Diet
    Ive managed over 3k calories everyday and appetite is defiantly increasing.

  20. I forgot to ask Bro what's your routine look like? I'm currently doing a 3 day a week split but was thinking about changing it up when I start my cycle. I think I might run one more mild cycle first like h-drol and 11-oxo or stanodrol-200. Just finished my pct yesterday from protomax and made a 100% recovery so now I'm impatient lol.

    I took yesterday off cause I had just done legs the day before and I was still shoulder and chest sore...

    Workout was crazy pretty insane pumps, strength is up considerably. Normally by my last set I'm dragging and struggling a bit. Tonight I got all my reps and added weight.

  30. Day 8

    My appetite has gotten progressively stronger. Yesterday I got 4200 calories down, I had been having trouble getting my needed carbs so I put in some white rice and some white potatoes. I'm adding in Cinnamon Bark supplement to even out blood sugar levels and to help with appetite. I'm doubling up on my HB because I'm leaving the yokes in my eggs for the calories. I may add some Alpha Lipoic Acid for additional blood sugar support. This week I'll be mixing in some Co-q10 for organ support.

    I woke up this morning thinking I might bump PP to 30mgs as I am scheduled to bump the Stano up to 600 today. After this mornings dosing I have a distinct on feeling (feel light on my feet slight tingle in my face) for the 1st time this cycle so I think I'm going to leave the PP @ 20mg as I planed at least for now...

    Week 1 in the bag and no negative sides to report, skin is a bit more oily than normal...

    Results

    Vascularity is starting to pop in biceps, when I sat up in bed this morning I spotted a vein running down the middle of my bicep. I hadn't seen that one in a while much less with no pump. Also wife says I 'feel heavier' I'm only up a couple of pounds so I attribute this to muscle hardness I've also shed a little fat.
