I've tweaked this cycle quite a bit, but I think I've finally got it dialed in just right
I was planing on running Furaguno along side the P-Plex, then a couple of days ago LGI released their Stano-200 and I figured there would be a lot of interest in seeing this logged. I will be starting the cycle 1 week late seeing as the Stano-200 wont be shipped till tomorrow (my original start date) so that means 1 more week of preloading.
The Goal
This cycle will be a bit more ambitious than my previous cycle. I intend to gain 16 lbs of lean body mass while shedding 2 points of body fat. (those are the lowest benchmarks I wouldn't be disappointed with). In truth I would love to go up 20 with a loss of fat. I've only been back in the gym for just over a month. I was out of the gym for about 7 months with joint issues. While out I lost about 20lbs I would like to get back to where I was, and do so before the close of 2012. This is the kickstart!

Rhodiola Rosea: 1g/1g/500mg/500mg (cortisol)

The Diet
This will be an impeccably clean bulk, goal is 4000 calories per day.
Protein (45% of total caloric intake) will come by way of canned tuna, skinless chicken breast, lean ground turkey, roasted turkey breast, and the occasional, salmon, or tilapia. Supplemented by Truenutrition: Rice Protein Concentrate non-GMO 75%, Dextrose 15%, Taurine 10%
Carbohydrates (40% of total caloric intake) will come by way of juiced fresh veggies and fruit, supplemented with cooked black beans, black eye peas, lima beans, sweet potatoes, brown rice and whole wheat pasta.
Fats (15% of total caloric intake) Fish oil, olive oil, and peanut oil almost exclusively. I will have limited chicken and turkey fat.
