    Katanadrol/Superdrol Log -IT'S GONNA GET CRAZY!!!


    Well of all the forums I've currently been dabbling in for the past 3-4 months I'd say I chose to record this log on two forums.


    #1 and for a reason.....mindandmuscle


    #2 The only other one I really like.....anabolicminds (gatta make an account for this one to post this log.)




    just decided to include #3 steroidDOTcom Got through reading literally hundreds of pages from them in the past day. There are some real experienced individuals there.







    With training alone I know I can loose weight fairly fast due to the fact I eat strict. Only slow digesting carbs, healthy fats, lean protein, even minimal sodium intake and for this cycle it will come more into play....only liquid I drink is water aside from my protein drinks. Will have before pics up soon so you'll can follow along my journey of getting swol. This is strictly here to provide collectable info so others can use to make their own informed decisions for whatever similar cycle they may be looking to run.

    KATANADROL/SUPERDROL LOG (Supedrol clone I'm using is "PRIMABOL")


    -Cycle-
    week 1 10mg superdrol & Katanadrol rec dose , HCGenerate rec dose.
    week 2 10mg superdrol & Katanadrol rec dose , HCGenerate rec dose.
    week 3 20mg superdrol & Katanadrol rec dose , HCGenerate rec dose.
    week 4 Katanadrol rec dose , HCGenerate rec dose.

    If I'm getting good results I will drop the 20mg of superdrol on week 3 to 10mg of superdrol.

    -post cycle-
    week 1 Torem 120/120/120/90/90/90/90mg (frontload)
    week 2 Torem 60mg
    week 3 Torem 60mg & Formestanzol 5 pumps twice daily
    week 4 Torem 30mg & Formestanzol 5 pumps twice daily
    week 5 Formestanzol 5 pumps twice daily
    week 6 Formestanzol 5 pumps twice daily
    week 7 Formestanzol 3 pumps twice daily

    May start formestanzol sooner or later depending on libido. If libido has came back full I will began the Formestanzol to prevent re-bound estrogen.

    -Support-

    CEL Cycle Assist 2 week pre-load continued during cycle and weeks 1&2 of PCT
    Liv.52 3tabs/day for all cycle and weeks 1-4 of post cycle
    Grape Seed Extract 3 caps/day weeks 1-4 of post cycle
    Stinging Nettle Root 1cap/day weeks 1-4 of post cycle
    Hawthornberry&Cranberry AZO's OR Cranberry AZO's & Parsley weeks 3&4 of PCT






    Also have some Nolvadex/Tamox-Citrate around just in case, but I'm sure from my research that Torem will be a more effective replacement on many aspects.






    OTHER GOODIES


    I got some Animal pak lying around. 6 weeks worth. I'll use one pack a day starting day 1 of my cycle.


    I also have some Animal Nitro. I didn't think it would be useful but if there ever was a time that it would, figured it be while on PH'S. So I'll be taking these during my workouts.


    I got a tub of fish oil tabs and another of flax seed oil. I'll be throwing random amounts at random times throughout the cycle and pct. Anywhere from 9 grams on up. I'm already going to be a pill popping mother ****er ...I'd really like to keep it as simple as possible. So the fishoil/flaxseed oil tabs will be free-styled.








    GOAL: To get stronger, vascular, shred and gain 4-7 pounds of lean muscle. If I for some reason am still able to build substantial muscle at my calorie goal I set, then so be it. Guess I got some mo muscle.






    STARTING STATS: 184 pounds, 5'5, 25yrs old.


    Not going to take measurements till after cycle and after pct to better assess the gains I'm able to keep. Till then just going by the mirror and weekly weight in. I have a electronic scale that poorly attempts your body fat percentage. It may be off, but on how much it decreases will be accurate enough to see just how I'm doing on the percentages.






    DIET: 1,800 calories (I cut about 1.5 pounds of fat weekly @ 2,200 calories w/5dys of exercise naturally)


    Keeping it lower in hopes it will not only increase the fat loss, but keep me from gaining too much muscle too quickly. Want to not only be more likely to keep my gains,but not get the 'he got too huge to fast look' from my family. Don't want to worry them given the scare most have with no education of anabolics. My gal however is all cool with it. In fact she was a financial contributer to it....THANKS BABE! mua ha ha HA! Now too start my cycle and tear some **** up!




    Training: 4-day split


    Chest, Triceps, Shoulders

    Military Press (Overhead Shoulder Press) 3-4 sets 8-12 reps
    Flat Bare-bell Bench Press 3-4 sets 8-12 reps
    Incline Bench Press 3-4 sets 8-12 reps
    Dips 2-3 sets 8-12 reps


    Captain's Chairs 2 set till failure
    Ball Crunches 2 set till failure


    Quads, Hamstrings, Calves
    Squats 3-4 sets 10-20 reps
    Leg Press 3-4 sets 10-20 reps
    Glute Ham Raise 3-4 sets 10-15 reps
    Hamstring Curls 3-4 sets 8-15 reps
    Standing Calf Raises 2-3 sets 25 reps
    Seated Calf Raises 2-3 sets 20-30 reps


    Back & Biceps
    Pull-ups or Lat Pull-downs 3-4 sets 8-12 reps
    Bent Over Rows 3-4 sets 8-12 reps
    V-Bar Pull-downs 3-4 sets 8-12 reps
    EZ-Bar Curls 2 sets 8-12 reps
    Hammer Curls 2 sets 8-12 reps


    Shoulder Routine 12-14 total sets
    Military Press (Overhead Shoulder Press) 2-4 sets 8-12 reps
    Rear Delt Fly's (Dumb Bells) 2-4 sets 8-15 reps
    Upright Rows 2-4 sets 8-15 reps


    If I feel any of my muscle groups have recovered enough to hit again, I will target that part on an off day making it a 5 day split.







    Doubts:


    Test boosters. Tried Animal Test before....didn't really do ****. Ran it solo for a month at rec. dose. Don't know if the HCGenerate will even be worth buying if it truly won't help. DAA is the only one I know that has independent research to prove it boosts test levels.


    So two things left to purchase this Friday are HCGenerate and Toremifene.




    Thoughts:


    I'm thinking of combining a combination of both nolvadex and torem for my pct. Going to research effectiveness on dosages. Got plenty of time to mull this over. Till then its head to the grind stone.

    looks like a fun cycle. I wouldnt combine torem and nolva as they are basically the same, Torem is just a weaker analog of Nolva (or so I've read). You could do torem and clomid.. .but if you have ever PCT'd before on Torem.. it fills up the balls very well... so does Clomid... I dont know what 2 of those might do...lol

    MattRag, yes not together. I already have my tamox-citrate (20mg/ml 60ml) on hand but don't know how much I'll be able afford of the torem. I'd rather just use torem but if for some reason I'm unable to afford the amount I need, I will bridge them both for pct starting with torem.

    I'm limiting the dosage to decrease liver stress....I am however limiting my calories to not grow as 'quickly' or 'more' then I would with more calories.

    I've read many logs and for the most part, everyone looses a good amount of gains but still keeps a decent amount. Aside from the water weight....so to me it would be smarter to get gains and keep them rather then get LOTS of gains and only keep a good fraction of them.

    In a perfect world EVERY pct would allow you to keep gains from EVERY cycle....

    Why poof up and down on a month to month bases? Would look weird to me and I just don't want that look....


    Too many 5-10 pounds may not seem like allot but even just 5...something that would take around a year to get within 4 weeks? Well I won't go on ...not really trying to sell or promote anything. This is strictly here to provide collectable info so others can use to make their own informed decisions for whatever similar cycle they may be looking to run.

    As far as not taking full advantage of the compound by increasing calories like a motha****a.....call it a recomp. Guess everyone does what they do at the end of the day.

    Rsnake21....I know it isn't negative ...just be careful not to turn into the downer in the room. I don't want no one shunning away from this log because they have to grab klee-nex every time they check for updates.

    Well....guess I'll see if HCGenerate is as good as its hyped up to be.....just got the last one in stock. Used a promo code...came out to like 60 bucks but that's still pretty steep for a OTC product. If it works...then its worth it....if it doesn't....guess my ******* got a little bigger. heh

    As far as the living with papi thing go's....heh....my father got in a car accident a while back and broke both legs so I had to stop working and basically be a 24/7 on call nurse.....life. What you gonna do?

    Okay....just a lil review .....if you wish to call it that .....


    So I opened my katanadrol just to take a lil peak inside. After pitching a tent, I noticed one capsule looked weird.

    I took it out to find one side of it has a circular indention and where the blue and white meet is kinda folded and not properly sealed.

    I don't know if they will exchange the product but even with fast shipping on top of that, I don't want to risk NOT having it when my cycle starts. I'll take a one capsule loss. So it prob has a tad bit spilled out...big whoop.


    Long story short I got stoned and had some time to kill....also why I'm posting...heh

    I took ALL the capsules out to make sure no other ones were of the same nature. I decided to count them. What else can you do better high then count right? Figured if my bottle was capped around the time of this 'error' there is also a chance I may even be shorted!

    Well I counted ....TWICE (just to double check that mary isn't throwing me off) and I have found they gave me TWO EXTRA CAPS!
    150 come to a bottle....152 in MY bottle.

    You think I'm going to complain about the one messed up cap NOW? HELL NO! So only on day 1 of my cycle I will dose an extra two caps of katanadrol. There's the rhym and reason behind it. haha

    I'm also going to inform the company of this because some poor sole out there is going to be SHORTED two caps and may sound like a liar when they start to complain about it. Hopefully my call to this matter along with my batch number will better help them serve the customer.

    your cycle outline is stupid.

    but good job taking the time to plan everything.

    anyhow, back to the cycle.

    here is what i would do if i was in your shoes.

    sd @ 10mg e/d for 6 weeks
    fura thp ether @ 250mg for another 4 weeks.
    10 week cycle total.

    pct:

    everything the same, except use the hcgenerate in your pct during weeks 1-4.

    there is more you could add in to your pct to make it more effective, such as daa & cortisol control, but you have the basics, test booster, serm, ai.

    ....well, they're customer service may not be working fridays or weekends ....but SOMEONES working over there. The HCGenerate went from out of stock to IN stock now within like what...a day?


    Sweet.



    Note to self "Get life so that I won't be forced to spend time inside on weekends" ......maybe I'll go for a bike ride.

    Given the fact I started drinking fairly young I don't want to play with high numbers on methylated compounds till I see what low dosages do. If my bloods come back all good then I can try testing the waters much more. This is after all, my first cycle. Which is also reason why I don't want to run a long cycle. Whats that? O ya...I know...there are many other products out there....why SD? How is a rainbow made!? How exactly does a positractor on a plymouth work!? IT JUST DOES.:****you:


    I may or may not include a cortisol aid for pct. Mainly am just overwhelmed by all the pills I'll be popping...wasn't really aiming to pop more. heh

    10mg of sd is a nice low dose.

    250mg of fura is really a low dose.

    4 weeks of either compound at those dosages, solo or stacked is too short.

    6 weeks would be enough time to add quality lean muscle tissue using those low dosages.

    fura is not methylated.

    at the very least it would be wise to run sd for 6 weeks with fura the last 4, used to harden up.

    have a nice cycle, dont worry, you'll be safe for sure.

    Sounds good. I definitely have the quantity of SD to do so. Being I've never cycled before, I'll take your advice on the effectiveness of a run. If anything I'll just extend the cycle with the plentiful amount of SD I have. Looking forward to all the great gains I'm going to get.

    AFTER MULLING IT OVER.....

    ....with regards to advice I seem to be getting (and thanks) ....I have decided to run my cycle as follows:



    SD 20/20/20/0/0/0

    Katanadrol 0/0/0/500/500/500



    Everything else stays the same.....I have all the products I need except I'll need to buy another bottle of katanadrol and MAYBE another HCGenerate to slow/prevent shut down. If I need it and IF it works.



    Looks like my animal pak will come in handy to take 3 a day for the 2 weeks extra that I'm extending my cycle . Taking advantage of what I have rather then shelling out too much more cash.


    Looking forward to blowing up, then finish cutting up getting hard with that katanadrol JUST IN TIME FOR SUMMER.

    I don't have much faith in test boosters to began with. Least OTC ones. Thanks for the info. It's purchased and on the way anyway so rather then waste it (as it is apparently best for pct) I will keep it on hand. If I see my libido dropping I'll give it a shot for a couple days on cycle 'just to see' for myself if it has any effect. If not, I'll use the rest for PCT.



    Kinda hard to have faith in OTC products when reviews can be from the companies or people having placebo effects. I've learned when it comes to stuff like that, it's either gamble and find out yourself or save the money.



    On a side note....I purchased POST CYCLE2 from the same company when I bought the Primabol. Like I said...I've been researhing and planning this for going on 4 months so my collection slowly started growing. It so far seems to be the only thing I have bought that may not even be worth taking.

    It does have some ingredients in it I've heard good things about like DAA and Trans Resveratrol. With what I have planned and moving HCgenerate to pct I won't use this AT ALL. But I do wonder if it would even be worth holding onto (using) for later down the road.

    T-O-M-O-R-R-O-W IS DAY 1 OF MY CYCLE.

    These past 2 weeks of loading cycle assist seem to be dragging on FOREVER. I've been staring at these puppies for 4 months before I officially made the 'game plan' and then stared at them for 2 more weeks while loading cycle assist. SURE I could of just popped em....but I'm trying to do this right.

    Tomorrows chest, triceps, and shoulders. Aiming to kill it. I doubt I'll feel ANYTHING on Day 1....but maybe I will since its my first cycle?

    DAY 1: 20mg of SD: Spread out into two doses.

    Nothing like a cold shower after a great workout. Really nothing to report today. Mainly because It takes a while to kick in so any effects, good or bad, would take awhile as well.

    Two things I did notice though.....A little while after taking a cap (dose) I have a flush of heat/blood over me. Feels pretty trippy. Also when I burp I can taste it. Kind of a chemical/metal/weird taste that I can't really pin point.


    Anyway's thats about all. Can't wait till it starts kicking in.....that's when this log is going to get much more interesting

    Day 2:

    Well my chest, shoulders and triceps are swore as hell. Definitly a good sign of an effective workout yesterday. Had to help a family member move out today so made it a rest day. Go hard or don't go at all right?

    Tomarrow I'm hitting legs and I'll take another rest. I'd like to workout with no rest days for at least the first 4 days to see an effect much sooner .....I would think....and just throw leg day in later. **** IT. Tomorrows back and biceps, then shoulders, THEN legs, then rest day.

    With that said....nothing really to report. Nothing out of the ordinary to make note of and nothing negative as well.

    Whatsup ****ers. Day mofuk'n THREE. Why am I excited? Is it cause I'm veiny? Did I wake up 5 pounds heavier? Does my nipple itch? **** NAW!!

    I just blew out a workout. Spent all day in the hot ass heat working and as time passed I got pissed thinking I ain't gonna get my ****ing work out in because I'm too drained.

    Frustration is one hell of a motivator cuz I killed the **** out of back and biceps. **** hurts already and I'm not even in bed yet. No....I didn't snap no **** up.
    After my 12th set I'd normally head out the gym but I did a few more sets just because I wanted a massive pump. I wanted my ****ing biceps feeling like they're about to explode off my damn arm. THATS the ****ing pump I like. Sorry for the frequent cuss words but I started getting excited there. Felt like I was back at the gym.

    Not to be confused with me saying that SD has me getting awesome pumps. Anyone that truly lifts with intensity for them selves can get a bad ass pump.



    Nothing negative to report as well.....I'ma munch out on some turkey bacon and look forward to when this **** starts kicking in.

    DAY 4:



    Had an oppurtunity to make a quick few bills, so today became a rest day. Busted ass working and I'm ****ing tired. Nothing to report. ****ing hate saying that sentance too. I'm swore as hell....a rest day would help as my body clearly needs to recover. I know pro hormones work....I'm just wondering when I would at least feell SOMETHING differnet kicking in. Even my glycogen being stored like crazy in my muscles will be pretty bad ass, just as a temporarly motivation to hang in there and be patient. Aw hell, I'm too tired and swore to give a **** about it right now anyway.



    Maybe I'll try snorting my pre-workout and see if I can kick things up a notch.

    Ya I watch TMW. Learned a little bit from them that I didn't read using al mighty Google. Also got my workout split from them too. heh I watch quite a few cool cats on the YouTube. Make sure you do your homework. Your plan should look similar to myne. My pct is solid, if anything my transition into katandrol will look more similar to yours starting with 350 and working my way on up. 350mg is where it's at, or so I've been reading. Also 30mg of SD? DAMN! Can't really make a comment on that dosage myself as I'm still getting my feet wet in week 1. But stay tuned, perhaps something may happen during my cycle/log that will help you modify yours.

    I've seen another guy on this board get jaundice from running SD like this. Granted not everyone will get it, but due to that and the fact I want to run katanadrol afterward are both reasons why I'm not going to jump to 30mg of SD. Also the fear of gyno.

    Would of loved to run it as a stack but didn't have much input from a variety of people with experience. Also, given my research, I should have some good gains. Being this is my first cycle it will also allow me to see how I react to these compounds individually since I'm bridging them rather then stacking.

    One things for sure though, my pudgy body should be ripped at the end of the cycle. When I bridge to katanadrol I will be going at a pretty dramatic calorie deficit (1,300 calories). With the help of it to retain my muscle, I should whip the BF off quickly with no problem.

    Haha yeah 30mg of SD. I ran my last 5 days on 30 mg of my last cycle and it is a HUGE diff from 20. Bench skyrocketed, added some slabs of beef! Trying to recomp and get down to 10% on this cycle, I'm sittin at 12-13%!

    Day 5:

    Shoulders day. **** can I say.....hit those mofos good and had some awesome ass mini tacos today. Corn tortilla but the barbacoa in it was fatty as ****! haha
    Said **** it and threw some salt on it. Been restricting my sodium intake and drinking nothing but water. Made sure I got in plenty of cal's today and a bad ass tasting cheat meal so to speak. I could of blotted the **** out of it with napkins but hell, what else you gonna do when people are twisting your arm?


    I feel like I'm waiting on a metro bus thats running late and I GATTA GO TO WORK! WTF! WHENS IT GONNA SHOW UP!

    Day 6:


    Leg day. DAMN! Could barley walk afterward. Sweated my ass off. AWESOME workout. Munching on some chicken breast before bed. Wanted to fill you guys in. Even if I have nothing exciting to report I will still post every day. After tomorrow, I'm going to bring the dose up to 30mg. Going to finish out the week with 20mg just in case I see an effect but I'm getting a little impatient as I have not felt ANYTHING different in the slightest. Ya I know...be patient. Well, being there are not negative sides (not even positive for that matter) I will up the dose to 30mg and go from there. Not going past 30mg. If 30mg doesn't do **** then clearly it just needs time to kick in. Either the case.......

    I feel like on my first cycle of superdrol, when I took my liver support on cycle, it screwed with my gains. Just a thought. But week two you'll feel it, 30 mg is badass!!! Bench should go up at least 35 pounds. Keep strong, brother!
