    First Log - First Ph Run - Epi 6 weeks


    Running Havoc 6 weeks
    40/40/40/50/50/50

    Stats:
    Age: 21
    Height: 6'2''
    Weight: 222
    BF: 18-19%
    Goal: Recomp. drop 4-5% BF. Gain Atleast 5lbs Lean muscle.
    Diet: -500 cal deficit. 40/40/20 (been on this a while, great results)
    Workout Protocol: HIT resistance 5 days a week. LISS 15 minutes workout days. LISS 45-60mins non-workout days.
    Support & PCT are good to go.

    Bit about myself.
    Recently cut down from 257 to 222 so i'm looking to do a bit of a recomp and lose some more fat but add a little bit more muscle.

    I'll probably post in here once or twice a week with pictures and updates of gains in the gym.
    Gonna be a pretty simple log, but i'm hoping to see some great results.

    In for the ride, good luck! I'm gonna run my first cycle in April and it will probably be very similar to yours if I don't decide to go with H-Drol instead.

    Yeah man I'm pretty interested to see how it goes.
    And i appreciate it bro, it's been tough haha.

    I have a break in-between classes so I'll give a quick update.
    Today is day 1, took 40mg this morning. Don't really feel anything, nor was I expecting to.
    Meals so far:
    Meal 1 for the sake of time: 2 scoops whey, 2 eggs(one yolk), 1 cup oatmeal in blender.
    Meal 2: 8oz chicken, bed of spinach leaves, couple slices red onion, 0 calorie salad dressing.
    Meal 3: 6oz Flavored tuna pack with a little soy sauce, 1/4 cup almonds.

    I work out in about 3 hours, arms day I'll let yall know how it goes

    Just got back from arms and I had a pretty great workout.
    Can't wait until the epi kicks in!
    Workout was:
    Superset:
    Tricep pushdowns 97.5lbs(max on the pulley)
    3 sets: 15,12,10.
    Alternate dumbbell curls 45lbs
    3 sets: 15,12,10.

    Superset:
    Cable Overhead tricep extension: 85lbs
    3 sets 15,12,10.
    Cable bicep curls (2hands): 67.5lbs
    3 sets 15,12,10

    Superset:
    Dips body weight
    3 sets: 15,12,10
    One armed preacher curls 45lbs,45lbs,50lbs
    3 sets: 15,12,10.

    Cardio:
    Incline treadmill 15 minutes.

    Great first day
    can't wait for more!

    Post workout 50g whey an apple.

    Meal 4: 8oz tilapia bed of spinach

    Just finished up meal 5 8 oz steak little spinach.

    I'll have another whey before I crash and that is going to be pretty much my diet.

    I decided to do a 6 days of low carbs / 1 day high carbs to just really hit my fat stores.

    Epistane is a good compound- I've run it twice. first time you run it you'll get great results. 2nd time round you'll need to add something else to make the same gains.

    Today is my last day of week 3 on epi cycle....I planned on doing epi cycle for 5 weeks but I just saw real gains coming now so I extended my cycle to week 6...I'm up 5lbs...looking leaner...veins are popping out from everywhere...loving this cycle...

    With epi on cycle I'm taking orange triad, lclt, toco 8, liv 52...

    On week 2 my joints were killing me...I guess orange triad wasn't enough for joints so I have to buy another joint support from local pharmacy....now the joints are ok

    Other than joint pain...I got mild acne on shoulder and arm...no back pumps but my bp went up little bit...and for that I'm taking cycle assist too...

    Epistane is a really good ph for a first timer because it has next to no sides.

    I would probably stack it with another PH like Hdrol or something mild on the liver. You'd need to keep the cycle short though because running multiple orals at once is a hospital trip waiting to happen.

    I'm currently on week 3 of epi and transaderm. Just bumped up to 30mg today. So far so good. I was only going to run it for 4 weeks but now am considering 5 or 6.
