Preloaded cycle support for 7 days and began day 1 beastdrol today at 10 mg weight 176 today was leg day ill be experimenting with tut training for more volume on cycle. Ill be logging this cycle I plan on running sd 10\20\20\30 bridged with epi 30\45\45\45 nolva daa hcgen for pct and running cycle support through cycle. Main goals to gain size don't care to see abs at this point its december freezing cold and my favorite season (bulking season)

Day 2 worked out in the am today chest and triceps. I had a hard time getting to sleep last night so the workout somewhat suffered but eating like crazy and drinking tons of water

Yea. My first couple days on sdrol I got 10lbs of weight. It's crazy. It doesn't go away either. So assume it's coming off if you are trying to bulk and think that it adde 10lbs of muscle in one week lol. Keep eating to gain bro!

Yea I'm eating alot I don't care about a little added bodyfat I want to ensure I eat enough to gain quality muscle. I can cut fat later. Definately feel pumped and muscles are feeling fuller. Seeing that 10 lbs shocked me though the last sdrol I tried was bunk I only gained 2-3 lbs so to see 10 lbs in week 1 on 10mg ed is great ill bump to 20 next week and probably stay there through week 3 and 4

Sounds good bro you really don't need more than 20mg IMO your just asking for trouble then. ESP if your going 4 weeks.

Holy $-&@ your going 8 weeks with SD then EPI? That's a long time from one harsh oral to another. You may wanna do a 6 week 3/3 cycle bro your gonna be shut down for a min libido will be trashed.

6-8 weeks side pending. I may do 3 weeks sdrol bridge 3 to 4 weeks epi or 4 weeks sd 2 to 3 weeks epi it all just depends on how I feel and I might taper the epi instead of doin what I previously thought for epi I might do 30 45 30 15

This is something you really need to figure out first and stick with next time, I myself handle SD very well with almost no sides until I get to that 4th week mark it's lethargy city. Last cycle I ran like this was a 6 week SD/EPI bridge SD 10/20/20 third week was 18epi/20SD. Then epi36/36/36 and week 6 was terrible with lethargy I had almost no energy in the gym. But I gained a ton of strength and kept enough say it was worth it lol.

Well its hard to say how sides are going to be which is why I said I may do something different. Hopefully ill be able to run what I had originally stated possibly only 6 or 7 weeks again side pending. What were ur results off that run bro

My bad double post just then. My results were great really I didn't keep a log or anything but I gained 15lbs and kept 10 after 4 weeks of Torem/Nolva. Vascularity was awesome and definition was deff getting me compliments. Keep the carbs high on the SD and the EPI will help you keep more of that SD gain as well as lean you out with strength still climbing.

Day 6 187 lbs up 12 lbs did shoulders today really starting to feel full and harder with great pumps at the gym still at only 10 mg of beast ed

Yes, I 2nd week 4 of SD lethargy hitting hard. I've always had a bit of depression in me as it runs in the family, but I've gotten it well under control. I didn't realize the difference between lethargy and depression until SD... Kinda funny. There isnt really any hopeless or extreme guilt or worthlessness (symptoms of depression), I just an extreme lack of desire to leave the house for anything... except to lift. It actually bothered my gf the most, as she was taking it personally. Apparantly its important to do stuff with your significant other or something..

The Epi in week 5 was a great relief... I really havent experienced any negative sides with Epi. This last cycle was 30mg SD x 4wks followed by 40-50 Epi x3 weeks.

I have been eating every 2 hours and doing a serving of weight gainer a day half in the morning and half before bed. I will put on some fat during this cycle but I would rather eat too much than not enough.

Starting week 2 bumped up to 20 mg pre workout and 20 mg spread out evenly on rest days. Weight still 187. Leg day today lifts are going up but I'm using tut training for more volume on cycle.

Bad back pumps today on squats
I'm sure you know or have heard already, but get some taurine for the back pumps. 3g just prior to working out and if they are bad 3g just after.

Bulk taurine has no flavor and mixes in water or whatever drink seamlessly which is super nice as opposed to something like bulk bcaa lol

Weight up to 190 all lifts are going up either weight or time those familiar wit TUT. No side effects except for back pumps during squats and deads. I'm in week 2 20 mg ed

Halfway in to week 2 and starting to feel a little lethargy nothing terrible as of sides the taurine seemed to help quite well on back day so ill keep that in for sure weight is hovering 190 started day 1 at 176 so pretty great gains thus far

Thanks man I weighed in 192 I'm eatin like a mad man I shoot for 100 g carbs and 50 grams protein with 15 to 20 g fat at each meal

At this point I am hungry non stop I went to the habachi grill today got 3 plates piled high steak chicken noodles rice and still wasn't full. Not worrying so much about a super clean bulk just because I don't want to get so infactuated with macro numbers and it stresses me out I have enough anxiety and depression although this is actually improving those usual symptoms. Not that I don't pay attention to macros I just don't let it consume my life like I have in the past. I want to enjoy my life and damnit if I want to go to a steakhouse and get a huge steak and sweet potato I will. Lol haven't checked weight but people are noticing. I'm getting comments about my arms and chest which feels great.

Well I'm using tut training so I can get more hypertrophy with more tension on the muscle but my lifts are going up but not as drastic as if I were doing a 5 X 5 program but weight 194 today

Well if your taking 40mg, your supposed to spread it out the best you can. Def one in the morning and one at night, then depending when you workout and u have a extra one. I double dose in the am, prior to workout because it's conveiniant

Yes like he said spread it out, also I take mine together in a bridge. If lethargy gets to bad I would drop the beast and just do EPI. That should help. Also you may wana get some cialis bro I get the research cem it fixes the while libido issue like magic and I use it through my pct till till I'm back.
Just my two cents nothing has brought my libido back faster then Torem/Nolva pct for me but that's just my experience. SD can put a hurtin on your boys lol

Yes...during the time they are "bridged" just dose them together split twice per day

I haven't began the epi yet I'm still on 20 mg of beast for a couple more days then I bump to 30 mg sd 30 mg epi so far lethargy is present but not horrible although I have noticed my patience is low

Nice good numbers bro. When I bridge SD and EPI the lethargy stays till the end of the cycle but if I just drop the SD and take the EPI it helps. That EPI will deff help you keep them SD gains just keep them calories up bro

I'm still eating all the time like I said I have put on some fat but I have also gained 20 + lbs so I'm cool with it

Starting to notice more sides now that I have upped to 30 and bridged to epi. My face gets hot and red during my workout as if I just drank 15 beers. And this morning I noticed my joints hurting mainly my elbows and some in my knee

Hmm not sure about the face getting red. COULD be blood pressure.. What are you taking for heart/blood pressure?
Also, joint support? Fish oil @ around 12-15gs, and some joint support complex? Cissus?

Epi is REALLY dry so it probably is killing your joints. Keep um nice and lubed with some of those and you should have all your bases covered. (aside from going into peptides, or other injectables that rebuild joints...)

Its not horrible just something I noticed. I'm taking cycle support by AI i ll up the fishoil and see if that helps any

If you can take more hawthorn berry. I take the cheap version from NOW@ around 2gs a day. (4 caps)
