  3. Yeah I couldnt begin to tell you the last time I used a barbell for squats. So that weight is impressive. Now on the machine I use that is a different story. Lol... Nice freaking job sir.

    x3 Thats a tiny bit under where my twigstick legs are at and i do train them hahahaha

  5. Split squats and DB step ups are a good change up. I can't squat anymore cause my back but I use to spend all day on legs. Way to get back to them. You will notice strength and weight gain just from that.

    I've done DB Step-Ups many times. Great variation movement.
    But, are you calling split-squats something like Barbell Lunges only you're doing one leg at a time? Like do the right leg first for 10 reps or whatever the target is, then doing the other leg afterwards?
    I've got a leg session scheduled this morning. I'm gonna give those Split-Squats a go!!

  7. Yep, that's it. I do them on smith machine. But would've a lot harder on regular barbell. They will exhaust u. 185 is the most I will go. Go get you some thunder!

    Thanks guys!!! In all honesty, my legs are still a little sore. I'm hoping to go up a little next time, but we'll see. I use to kill legs in highschool...no problem. I'll get back there again.

    I ran out of time and could not do my last set of Deads and did not get to Reverse Grip Pulldowns or Cable Crunches.

    I have been skimping on abs and definitely need to correct this. I'm going to put extra emphasis on getting them done this week. Even if it means staying at work a little long in order to do it. FUG IT!!! I'm going to stay at work a little longer and get every routine and every rep done from here on out. I can't just miss this and that and expect to get where I want. I need to step up to the fugging plate and do my job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DONE!

    Man my abs lost it fast, you know I am an avid user of wheel of death exercise and was up to 16 reps... well the other day I could only do 6 and I was off for only 2 weeks!! Oh well I'll build it back up...

It sucks that when you plan out what you want to be your most legit cycle ever accompanied by the hardest effort you've ever put forth...life slaps the sh!t out of you!!!   23. well i did 30mg week 1 40mg week 2 (1 more day till end of week 2) so i think im starting to feel a little more strength and muscles feel dense as fk not sure if its from the epi but i feel good just been crushin the weights everyday lol but im doing 40mg next week then the last 3 weeks 50 mg so im sure about week 4 il be feelin it pretty good
