Hello everyone,
I want to do a M1t/ 4AD cycle. I found some sample 4-week cycles, but the 2-week seem to have the least sides. However, the sample cycles I found have very poor descriptions. I have 2 cycles of 1-AD under my belt (over the last 1.5 years, just made me moody (girlfriend said), but good gains).
Goals:
-Gain Muscle
-loose some fat
Vitals:
-normal BP
-age 23
-weight: 190lbs
-height: 6'
-BF% 15
-Training 4 years (now 3 days a week. Hit each muscle group hard once a week with calves and abs 3 days a week)
-Supplements taken in the past: 1-ad, creatine, multi-v's, glutamine, CLA, ALA, LIPO 6, ZMA
Cycle:
Week 1-2:
--10mg M1t , 600mg 4Derm (transdermal), 2 Animal Paks, 5g Glutamine, 300mg ALA, 600mg Milk Thistle, 400mg Hawthorne Berry
Week 3:
--Nolva 40mg/ ZMA, 2 Animal Paks, 5g Glutamine, 300mg ALA, 600mg Milk Thistle, 400mg Hawthorne Berry
Week 4:
--Nolva 20mg/ ZMA, 2 Animal Paks, 5g Glutamine, 300mg ALA, 600mg Milk Thistle, 400mg Hawthorne Berry
Week 5-6:
--15mg M1t , 600mg 4Derm (transdermal), 2 Animal Paks, 5g Glutamine, 300mg ALA, 600mg Milk Thistle, 400mg Hawthorne Berry
Week 7:
--Nolva 40mg/ ZMA, 2 Animal Paks, 5g Glutamine, 300mg ALA, 600mg Milk Thistle, 400mg Hawthorne Berry

Some questions:
-Do you think this is a good stack?
-Is transdermal 4AD really the way to go? I found contradicting opinions.
-Should I add Saw Palmetto for the prostate?
-Should I add Clomid?
-What does "ED" mean? Example: 10mg M1t ED
-Should I add some Flax Seed?
