Hey all, just wanted to post this up for a quick review to make sure I'm not retarded or something.

First real cycle, used 6-bromo solo a few times with solid results. Taken a rather serious break from lifting after being rather serious about it through HS and College (graduated 08) Just started a business and have finally found time to get back in the gym. I'm sitting at a rather fat 250 atm, and am enjoying my first few weeks of Lean Gains IF dieting. I'm going to take a few more weeks to lean out a bit more and get my body used to going heavy before jumping on, but I wanted to have this all planned out. Thanks for taking a look and I'd be happy to hear any advice.
