An Ultradrol Log (not sponsored)

I have used PH before (Decabolen 2 cycles and H-drol 1X) and have researched the Ultradrol. I did fine on the other cycles. I am a noob when it comes to logging. If I leave anything important off, let me know. If I am making any mistakes that you can tell, PLEASE let me know as well.

INFO:

Male
Age=42!
Ht = 6'1"
Wt = 215
BF% = not sure but estimate 18-20% - I know that is a little excessive. My goal for this is to reduce the BF% and make a net gain of 10 lbs.
A goal is also strength increase of 15-20%

THE PLAN:

5 day split workout. upper body twice a week and legs blasted once.
I will do cardio 4X a week (treadmill 15-20 min) I know BB usually soes not want to do cardio, but i have to get the BF% down.
Will post before and efter pics once I get enough posts.

DIET:

Basically 3,000 calories/day consisting of eggs, brown rice, lean ground turkey, tuna, grilled chicken, protien shakes. I am shooting for 350-400g protien/day

THE CYCLE:

4 week cycle of Ultradrol (8/12/12/12)
Anyone think a 6 week cycle is crazy? (Probably) I am sticking with 4.

Will run in addition Milk thistle for liver, creatine, amino acids, Jack 3D (pre-workout)

PCT:

Clomid 3 weeks
10/10/10
Natty test boost, reservitol

Any ideas or suggestions are welcome.

Kick off date: 9-12-2011 will update weight then. If I don't party too much this weekend, I may start Monday!

Hey I was reading some comments and you seemed like you knew what you were talkin about. so I am going to buy test and deca 400 mg each per cc so I will be taking 2 cc's pretty much at the same time. i have been told I need to find liquid nolva and liquid chlomid and if it says novadex dont buy it. However the things he told me to buy are 90 a piece. and another guy said he took the same thing I have and just got over the counter estrogen pills for 10 dollars after his cycle and is always fine. Let me know! asap

I have always taken tablet Chlomid and it did great. I don't know anything about liquid SERMS. I have definately heard about the Nolvadex vs Novadex. A play on words by supp companies so be careful and good luck.

I am thinking about getting blood work done before and after if it isnt too expensive. I see these logs and read lots of people asking for this. Any thoughts on the blood tests as in specific testing besides testosterone levels etc?

I am not sure because that is all I have ever used. It works for me so I will stick with it.

I took 8g of ultra plus the liver support. No workout because of MNF and will workout tomorrow through saturday. I will do a 5 day split routine. I weighed in at 212. I did not feel anything much today on the 8g but will update tomorrow post workout.

Subbed!! UD logs I've read so far gave great results it seems~
Might want to bump your cals up if you wanna gain some mass. But it looks like you are wanting to cut. I've seen some users report that they are noticing a leaning out factor even whilst on much higher calories. Could be better muscle glycogen uptake. But who knows? Keep an eye on the mirror and aim for increased lifts!

Day Two of log

I weighed at 212 lbs.

I did chest today and felt great. I felt like superman and did not want to leave the gym.

Diet was good today at 3,200 cals. I did cardio for 10 mins at medium intensity.

Workout

Incline dbell press 4 sets 120 lbs 8 reps
machine chest press 4 sets of 8X125 lbs
tricep pushdowns 4 sets of 8X60
dumbell flyes 4 sets of 8X70
200 crunches

This was not massive weight today but a good base. My time was limited due to the daycare closing. I will be pushing the weights up in next chest workout. I will do arms tomorrow and should have the full workout time.

The only affects so far are that I have extreme endurance now. Definately feel better lifting. I am using this week as a base for next week as I expect the strength to dramatically increase in all parts next week.

Workout was legs today. Felt totally pumped and so far I have noticed no sides at all. Only took in 2,500 calories today but I did not do any cardio at all because my legs were rubbery at the end.

My workout felt great but had soreness from the week's workouts. Sunday is definately a rest/football day!

Tore those delts up today. Diet was 3,300 calories (carbed up a little more today) I will use this weeks workouts as a base for the rest of the cycle. Hopefully the lifts will dramatically increase in the coming weeks.

SUNDAY: REST 8g Ultra

Will be increasing the dosage to 12g/day for the remaining 3 weeks of the cycle. My weight was 216 this morning (Sunday). It has increased 4 lbs in 7 days. That is not the greatest but it is not bad either. I could increase the calories but this is a lean gain cycle.

Felt pretty good but not like superman as I did last week. Still no sides on this product. Strength gains seem to not be as prevalent as the other PH's I have taken but still okay. 4lb gain in 8 days is decent as well.

Sub'd! Looking good! Keep an eye on your bp, especually if your taking Jacked along w this. Personally, I'd save that for PCT. Glad to see another 40 y/o running this. I'll run it probably in the spring, (if I can wait that long) & will be 40.

Day 10: Wednesday 12g Ultradrol

Weight= 217lbs (+5)

3,500 cals today. Workout was legs today! Felt good but didnt up the weight much. Felt tired today. I will not post each set as usual because it was the same. I did get up to 175 on last set of the leg extensions and I did do calves 4 sets this time. The same weights did feel a lil easier so I will definately up the weight next time.

Day 11: Thursday 12g Ultradrol

Today I felt like a beast again with lots of stamina. I worked out the back today but did not have time to do any cardio.

i think you should up the cals to 3500 for better gains. also for pct do clomid at 50,50,25,25.

Day 16: Tuesday did not workout. 12 g Ultra

Weight = 219lbs (+7)

Day 17: Wednesday 12g Ultra

Weight = 220lbs (+8)

I worked out biceps today. Felt very good. Was totally pumped to be in the gym. I am seeing muscles getting larger and more vascularity in veins. The first week I felt like superman. Last week not so much. But this week, I definately feel stronger and more endurance.

I also did 1 1/2 miles on treadmill. I am increasing the daily caloric intake to 3,500 thenks to cbr advise and others. Even though this is a lean gain cycle I do see larger muscles and reduced BF%!

Day 18: Thursday 9-21-11 12g Ultra

Worked out legs. Weight was still 220 lbs (+8)

I did the same workout I did last week but increased all my weights by 10 lbs except for the squat. That remains the same.

Day 19 Friday 9-30-11 (yesterday's date was wrong obvioulsy) 12g Ultra

Weight= 221lbs (+9)

Calories still around 3,500 per day.

Worked back today. Felt great. Muscles are definately popping out more. I increased my weights around ten lbs on average.

Day 20 Saturday: weight was 221 still. Did shoulders. Did around the same weight. Will log weights next week.

Day 21: Sunday no workout. OFF day. Weight = 222lbs (+10)

Should be rested enough now to pump some good iron all week.

I think massive strength gains and 10lbs lbm are the pros and a single upset stomach that can't even be 100% attributed to ultradrol would be the cons....

Neddles to say I'm very excited....

As for androhard I'd have to think yet would stack VERY well since its more androgenic and this is very anabolic but still might just get lost in the ultradrol since it sounds like its not all that wet in the first place and strength and libido are still there too....

Personally of save it or bridge to it to help solidify gains made from ultradrol.

Day 23 Tuesday: could not workout due to having a blowout, changing a tire and waiting at NTB for 3 hours to get a new tire! :(

Day 24 Wednesday: 12g Ultradrol
Weight = 223lbs (+11)

I worked arms today. I felt the pump but not the Hulkamania as much as Monday. Still good though. I definately am noticing the physical size increase and can see more veins and can slightly see the abs popping in now in the mirror! That pumps me up seeing that. In the gym doing arms on Wednesday I really wish I would have pushed my limits a lot more until failure. I think I could have gone up 10 lbs in weight doing the curls.

Sry to hear about you missing your workout dude. I hate it when situations like that happen right when your mind is set for warzone!!

I would love to see how 16mg treats ya! I'll be running my cycle at the end of December, seriously debating whether to go with 12mg or 16mg!!

mine will be at the end of december as well!!!

Ill be def starting at 8mg.... if you look into all the logs, 8mg still kicks in quickly enough and provides results while the serum levels begin to climb.

No point in wasting product just downing it at 16mg a day right off the bat... this would also allow, in one cycle, for one to use, 8mg/12mg/12mg/16mg and see the full spectrum of effects with each dose.... I think this is def how i will run it, alongside some Transdermal 4-AD and bridge 4 AD solo for 4 weeks to stacked again with M-TRN the last 4... making a total of 12 weeks!

Should be tasty!

Oh... I wanted to ask... for those that got bottles from the first batch... what was your lot number on the bottom of the bottle with the exp date sticker?

I ordered mine from a retailer that had 5 from the first lot still in stock but by the time it actually shipped he had in stock 100 or so more from the new lot....

hoping I got some from the first batch honestly.

interesting. seems like a sick cycle. I'll put your advice down in my theories to ponder over these 2 months!
I'll be running a AH/AM for 8 weeks full dose with the first 4 weeks UD. So I guess both of us will be build to kill by February 2012

I will definately be watching out for anything to be cautious. I hope to be able to run at 16 for 2 weeks. I will also be taking bloods after. I am at 224lbs now which is a 12 lb increase since the 12th. I am a lil behind on logs but will catch up. I will say that the fat is falling off and I can see the veins and muscles popping out all over the place. It is great.

So you'll be extending the cycle to 6 weeks dude? 8/12/12/12/16/16 if I understood correctly?

Day 25 Thursday 10-6-11

Weight = 223lbs (+11)

Worked out legs today.
On squats for some reason, I cannot seem to get above 410.
But on the leg extensions, I have increased to 175 on the last set of 6.
Leg curls increased to 125 on the last set of 6.

I felt really strong today and that is still with no sides on the 12g Ultra.

Cut it short with that then did 300 crunches and ran 1 1/2 miles on the treadmill. Felt really strong on the back workout but cut it a little shorted than usual.

2 MILES ON TREADMILL

I am feeling pretty darn strong on the ultra @ 12g.
I was considering increasing to 16g for 2 weeks but do not have enough left. I have 15 caps left so I will finish with the last 5 days at 12g with the last day being Friday! Then it will begin PCT for 4 weeks. I was tempted to do 16g but didnt want to buy another bottle without seeing the bloodwork results from this 5 week cycle.

Are you always taking it with food? It says on the bottle to take with meals, but I sometimes like to work out 1st thing in the AM, with no food.
