Yeah I definately think 8g for the first week is good. Then 2 weeks at 12 even though I have done three. I have had absolutely NO sides so I am gonna go at least one more week at 16g. I will definately be watching out for anything to be cautious. I hope to be able to run at 16 for 2 weeks. I will also be taking bloods after. I am at 224lbs now which is a 12 lb increase since the 12th. I am a lil behind on logs but will catch up. I will say that the fat is falling off and I can see the veins and muscles popping out all over the place. It is great.
At least one week. I am proceeding with caution though. Any sides or wierdness and I will be stopping it.
Day 25 Thursday 10-6-11
Weight = 223lbs (+11)
Worked out legs today.
On squats for some reason, I cannot seem to get above 410.
But on the leg extensions, I have increased to 175 on the last set of 6.
Leg curls increased to 125 on the last set of 6.
I felt really strong today and that is still with no sides on the 12g Ultra.
Day 26 Friday 10-7-11
Weight = 224lbs. (+12)
I worked Back today.
Cut it short with that then did 300 crunches and ran 1 1/2 miles on the treadmill. Felt really strong on the back workout but cut it a little shorted than usual.
Day 27 Saturday OFF no workout. No weight.
Day 28 Sunday weight = 224lbs (+12)

I am feeling pretty darn strong on the ultra @ 12g.
I was considering increasing to 16g for 2 weeks but do not have enough left. I have 15 caps left so I will finish with the last 5 days at 12g with the last day being Friday! Then it will begin PCT for 4 weeks. I was tempted to do 16g but didnt want to buy another bottle without seeing the bloodwork results from this 5 week cycle.

Are you always taking it with food? It says on the bottle to take with meals, but I sometimes like to work out 1st thing in the AM, with no food.
Yeah I take the 3 caps about 3 hrs before working out with food for sure.
Day 31 Wednesday 10-12-11
Weight = 225lbs (+13)
Worked arms today. Amazingly still have no sides thus far.

Day 32 Thursday 10-13-11
Weight = 226lbs. (+14)
Workout was legs. I felt a great pump today. My squat was up to 415 this time. Leg extensions went to 190. Leg curls are still at 125lb. I felt my first side effect today from the ultradrol. The back pumps that you get on every other PH. I felt it today. It was not too bad but it took until the end of the fifth week at 12g to feel any sides so I would say that is very good for this product.
This is an AWESOME log and we really needed one like this on Ultradrol - since no one's made up a FAQ for it yet (that I can find).

Since you mentioned about stacking UD with AM/AH. I thought I might share what was emailed to me from the manufacturer. I was considering stacking UD the same way, so I emailed them for advice, below are the responses:
The AndroSeries contains CYP3A4 inhibitors. There's some evidence which
suggests that CYP3A4 inhibition, which really increases the
bioavailability of certain oral compounds, can also increase the potential
for methylated androgens to cause liver damage. This is because bile acids
are also metabolized via CYP3A4, and inhibiting it can retard the
conversion of toxic bile acids to more liver-friendly ones. So toxic bile
acids won't be naturally detoxified, and liver damage may eventually
...This is a bit of a two-edged blade. Taking a CYP3A4 inhibitor with UDCA
or TUDCA may make those liver supports more effective, which would
actually make your cycle safer.
So, with all that said, here's what I would suggest: Take UD at a
responsible dose, take AM and AH if you like, but please take a TUDCA
product along with 'em to protect your liver.

I then emailed back to find out what is the recommended TUDCA to take if I stack it. below is the response I got back:
As far as I know, Thermolife's "Liver Longer" is the only TUDCA product on
the market right now. It's worth the money. 500mg/day is a solid dose. I
wouldn't go as low as 250/day.

No problem, seems that Liver Longer is in high demand. It is out of stock on NP. I am gonna hunt for it over the internet. It cost $73 from Thermolife, and only $40 on NP.
