I am running a 4 week stack of 1-T Liqua Vade & Cyanostane. Also running formestane. Dosage is as follows

DOSAGE:
1-T Liqua Vade 5ml Dose for first 5 days then going to 5ml (twice a day) for remainder of stack
Cyanostane 30/30/30/30..the cyanostane capsules also contains DHB 20mg and BIOPERINE 5mg (taken 3 times Daily)
Formestane 100mg/100mg/100mg/100mg

GENERAL INFORMATION:
I am 26yrs old, starting at 207lbs. I have just finished a 4 week stack of m-lmg & EPI. Wich when I started cycle I weighed 195lbs and that is what has brought me up to 207lbs. I got alot of water retention and bloat from m-lmg & epi stack, seeing as that was my first stack ever I am assuming I am sensitive to increased estrogen so I am taking formestane with this to take controll of that issue. Also I have read of the Tren and Deca D!k wich formestane is sapposed to help, also it will take care of any gyno issues caused by the DHEA (used to combat lethargy) in the Tren. I do not know my bf as the handheld at the gym is only accurate within 5-6% ha so not sure if it's even worth it but will check it today and post when I get back. As of now though my measuremnts in Inches are as follows

MEASUREMENTS AT START OF STACK:
Chest: 47 3/4 inches
Arms: 16 1/2 inches
Waist: 38 7/8 inches
Thigh: 24 1/2 inches
Calves: 15 inches
Forearms: 12 7/8 inches

WORKOUT:
I know it's not the best to lift heavy when on cycle because the loss of strength can be depressing on pct and after. But I love the feeling of going into the gym and lifting heavier and heavier every day. I am going to be lifting heavy as possible for 6-8reps. As I am currently bulking up this regiment has and does work for me very well. I will be keeping logs at gym and will be posting ON days. Going to do a 4 or 6 day split, not sure yet. It will depend on the recovery and DOMS I feel. I have used both in the past with good results although the 6 day put me into overtraining wich I had to take a week off to recoop. So like I said it will depend on recovery to wich one I will choose. They look like this though

4 DAY SPLIT:

Tues: Off
Wend: Legs (quads, Hamstrings, Calves)
Thurs: Shoulders & Traps
Fri: off
Sat: Arms (bi's, tri's and forearms)

6 DAY SPLIT:

SUPPLEMENTS USING ON STACK:
ON's Opti-Men Multi-Vitamin 3 times per day
Vitamin Shoppe P-5-P dosed at 200mg/200mg/200mg/200mg ( to keep prolactin levels in check)
Cheap Supplements Bcaa (Every 4 hours)
Dymatize Protein (every 4 Hours)
L-Lysine 1,000MG daily (always use on and off cycle for skin health)
CEL Cycle Assist 4 Capsules (Twice Daily)
Osteo BI-FLEX 2 capsules daily (joint Support)
Spring Valley Fish, Flaxseed and Borage Oil 2 capsules Daily (for EFA support)

DIET:
My diet is never to exact, although it should be I just eat whatever I feel like eating. As I am bulking I do not worry about it to much. I do stay away from junk & fast food though. Chicken, Beef, Tuna, Hole grain sandwiches, fruits, veggies mostly. I try to stay away from any white grain but do come across it sometimes when I eat pasta and such. I have never measured my calorie intake. But from when I wake up till I go to sleep. I eat every 2 hours and take protein and Bcaa's Every 4. I will not be cutting on this stack, seeing as I bulked on the last and I read that cutting after bulking on cycle is easy way to loose gains. Had I been cutting though then further and more in depth calorie count ext...would have been taken into account

PCT:
My pct bottle came with the full 12 week cycle wich included (m-lmg&Epi, Cyanostane and PCT). I added 1-T to the cyano becuase the reviews I found about Cyano were not very good and that it was a weak compound. Anyway The pct will look like this
SILVER BULLET PCT: (twice Daily)
6 Bromodione 25mg
DIM (diindolymethane) 50 mg
Agaricus Bisporus 175
4',7 Dihydroxyisoflvone 75mg
Bioprene 5mg
Milk Thistle 100mg
Grape Seed Extract 50mg

Nolva 20/20/20/10/10 or 20/20/10/10/10 not sure, seeing as how I am running a 8 week cycle I might go with 20/20/20/10/10 and add another week of 10
CEL cycle assist will be kept going throughout
Lean Extreme will start on day 10
Test Booster will start on day 1, I was thinking maybe a week before just to get a jumpstart but not sure yet
Tribulus Since I have it laying around and it will help increase LH levels
NOTE: I will be running the formestane "ON" cycle but will discontinue use before PCT starts, that way it does not interact with the 6-BROMO that is already present in PCT.

Any suggestions or help on PCT or Cycle itself will be appreciated. I am not sure what to run for a test booster I need it to be natural. Bioforge has worked for me before, but I do not know if that would be strong enough in this case. Anyway need to get to gym. Thanks for any help

Workout went good, I felt nauseaus in the beginning. But thas prolly cause I did not have alot of food in my stomache. After about 20min I felt better though. The Pumps were awesome, strength was there. *note* weight is in total, not individual dumbells

Yes It is. Everything is going good so far, my weight seems to jus keep going up and up, jus got back home from work and weighed at home 210lbs. But will use scale at gym and post my workout for later today after I get some sleep. Thanks

Today is day 3. I feel great, been taking 5mg of melatonin and 300mg of 5-htp before bed and my sleep and mood has improved. Aggitation and anxiety has died down a bit. I don't know if it's comes I'm in week 5 or maybe it's the cyano or tren but I feel like everytime I wake up I look better. haha Could just be in my head I don't know. The formestane is getting to be a pain the @$$ because the measurments are in the pumps 100mg per 4 pumps. But it keeps getting clogged, so I don't know how much I'm putting in my body (transdermal). I'm gonna take it apart tomorrow and try to fix it. Had a great arm workout yesterday, I did not write down everything since I was with my brother and we basically circuit trained the hole day. Day four. Today I am going to be uping my dose of 1-t Liqua Vade from 1 serving (5ml) once a day to (5ml) twice a day. Split between Every 12 hours. Formestane was a pain to get out bottle again. So not sure of dosage. Taking off day cause I have to much stuff to do today to fit in a workout. Tomorrow will be legs though. BP was 118/79 this morning so all good. Took some oxyelite pro yesterday cause I was seeing if it would do anything for fat loss. And woke up this morning at 203LBS. But went to sleep at 210lbs. haha don't know where 7lbs went. But I highly doubt loss 7lbs of fat in one night. Anyway. Will not be doing that again, bad idea. But hey lesson learned. I'll prolly gain it back in a day or 2 anyway.

Today I am 208lbs In the morning. BP is 115 over 78. So that's good. I think I pulled something in on the left uppper side of my ribcage the other day. Cause woke up this morning and it hurts when I bend certain ways and when I breathe in deep. Basically under my left nipple. Anyone run into this problem before? I did rib extensions a day or two ago, I might have just went to heavy. Anyway everything else is going good. I don't need to eat a huge breakfast before my workout to have a succesful one. The formestane has taken away some of what I thought was fat around my chest area, but must have been estro-storage. Or maybe since I am taking p-5-p It has corrected my prolactin levels. I do not know which it is. I am taking 50mg of p-5-p right now, since researching It seems like a lot of people were taking 200mg. But on the bottle it says one a day is 2,500% value. So I don't see the need to take anymore then that, also taking to many mg's will cause a nervous system imbalance wich is no good. Anyway did chest & back yesterday, been sleeping good and all in all everything is going well. Workout looks looked like this....

id run the 1t 6 weeks. it really starts to kick in the 3rd week so if you only go 4 you'll be stopping just as its really kickin

Thanks for the advice. I'd like to run the tren longer but I have already done a 4 week of Epi & m-lmg before I started this. I have read of 8 week cycle's. But I have not read anything about 10 weeks. I know the tren isn't methylated since it is in liqua Vade formulae so no more strain on the liver. But I don't think it would be safe to run 10 weeks. Specially since this is first cycle for me. Also I ran two different compounds into another two different compounds. I'm all for running it as long as I can, don't get me wrong. I'll take whatever for whenever "as long as it works". That doesn't bother me but I do gotta watch my health. If I can find threads of people runnin 10 weeks succesfully withought problems then I'm all for it. haha guess I better start lookin, thanks

sorry missed that part about the other compounds. if i were you id hold off on the 1t until you can run it longer. 4 weeks is a waste imho

I'm about to start week 6. So I've already been running it. So goin to continue to do so. But it is workin well. The place on amazon I found the bottle originally still has 2 unopened one's left. So I will prolly buy another bottle and keep that for a 6 week. Thanks for the advice man

Workout went well yesterday, Felt like taking a nap afterwards. But went good. Mood is back up, was feelin sluggish for a couple days there but feelin good now. Prolly since my body is adapting to all this damn pollen in the air. My strength is still going up and I'm able to lift heavier sooner. Awesome feeling. Wish I would have taken compounds seperatly though so I knew what was working. Maybe it's the synergistic effects of the cyano&tren. Or maybe jus the tren. Not sure. But either way things are going great Anyway workout went like this

Machine Shoulder Press: 170lbs
Bent over rear delt cable raise: 50lbs

Prolly should. Hard to come by. Especialy the regular Tren Liqua Vade. not the 1-T. I only found one bottle online, but the guy wanted $200 and the website looked shady. Sucks that I started learnin bout PH's so late cause I've missed alot of good stuff

Today was hectic, had to get to the bank then best buy. Then library, then pik up sister. Bahhh I just wanna work out and I have to keep doin other crap. And then yesterday I missed a workout cause I had to be in court. Wich is basically the same as dmv, taking all day. Anyway, gettin side tracked. Have not been able to workout for last two days. So tomorrow morning when I get off work I will get in a arm workout before I come home. As far as how I feel. It's great. I have read how dhea can cause positive moods, so now sure if the dhea in the 1-t is helping or the 5-htp I take before bed. But either way I feel great, no heart palpitation, blood pressure has been good. Workout's when I do workout has been good, energy and strength throughout. Allthough on the first 2 excersises I go balls out an have to take a little bit longer rest to get some strength back for the rest of workout, but it's nothing drastic. Libido is kind of hit and miss, since taking the formestane though I have noticed an increase, hard to orgasm though. haha seems like I really gotta work at it. It's not prostate problems or anything. No pain or cramping. It could also be the different compounds are not as suppresive on the libido as m-lmg&epistane. Everything has been regular as far as body goes. I think my weight has peaked. Seems to me I will not be getting any bigger then 210lb. Wich isn't bad but was hoping for 215 or 220lb. Not a big deal though. Anyway all is well and will post arm workout later on

Today BP was good. Wich is suprising cause I ran out of my cycle assist. Should be here by monday though. I tried not taking formestane yesterday to see if it was what was helping my libido and it def was. Yesterday, nothin. Lookin at porn did nothin for me. My hangdown stayed down. Took form today though an if I drive over bumps in my car, I'm ready to go. Alright well maybe not that drastic. But enough were you can feel the difference. Weight is at 206 today though. I don't know how I'm loosing weight, have not changed anything. Other then supersetting and circuit training a few days last week cause I didn't have enough time to take proper rest periods. I don't think my metabolism kicked up that much. But Maybe the cyanostane and tren have cutting agents in them. I have read that 1-t has thermogenic properties but I don't feel that inside burn like I would on something like oxyelite. But I have read people using these compounds in cutting cycles. So maybe I am loosing fat (hopefully). Other then that I can not understand how I am loosing weight. Unless it is water weight from last stack. But my legs, hips, ass an shoulders feel tighter. I know I have lost fat on them. But waist is the same. Although the stomache is the first place to gain fat and last place to loose it. So maybe I'm trimming up on the rest of my body and gut wil b last thing to go. Other then that strength is still up and everything is going well. I am out of cycle assist and vitamins though. So I need to get those soon. Yesterday's workout was arms, but had to superset everything as I was running low on time.

I know it's been awhile since I logged anything but I have been busy, sucks. Anyway today I am 208lbs. It jumps around from 211-207. I think it is water weight though, cause I always weigh less in the morning. And I take casein before I go to sleep and it doesn't look like I'm loosing any mass when I wake, so I am guessing water weight. I have come to the conclusion that transdermals are a pain in the @ss. I hate having to rub it in and then wait five minutes. Prolly alright for some people, but I have no patients an I am always runnin aroun tryin to do summin. Anyway last few workouts were legs, back&chest and shoulders&traps. Went good, worked out chest&back day with brother an we really pushed ourselves. He hit 315lb on bench, (congrats). I got 265lbs on decline. Not a big thing I know but most I've done to date. As far as everything else. I still feel good. My body composition has started to change, wich sucks cause I only have 9 or 10 days left on cycle. I am guessing it is the tren that is doing most of the work as I have not read alot of good things about cyano. I have taken the cyano withought the tren for a workout, strength was still there but sweat like crazy. All and all though I look forward to taking measurments to see how much I have grown. I recently did a search on everything in PCT bottle and it looks like alot of it supresses estrogen. Wich makes me a little weary since I will be running it with nolva anyway. And for the last 4 weeks I have been on formestane. So I am afraid that all that suppression will cause a huge spike when it does kick back in. Anyone run into anything like that with to many estro suppressers in pct? I was going to get a test booster but it looks like alot of what is in PCT should take care of that, the DIM and 6-bromo as I have read should help. I have tribulus I am going to take also. But that'll jus help my LH levels anyway. If anyone has any good recomendations for a good natty test booster WITHOUT estrogen suppresion then let me know, thanks. And will post next workout but in a rush to get to gym then to work.

Well today is the last day before pct. My measurements at completion are (in inches)
Arm: 16 3/4
Chest: 48 1/2
Waist: 39
Thigh: 26
Calves: 15
Forearm: 13 1/2

At the beggining of 8 week cycle my stats were
Chest: 46
Arms: 15 3/4
waist: 38 1/2
thigh: 25 1/2
calves: 14 1/2
forearms: 12

So gained about an inch or more on everything pretty much. Def had strength increases as all my lifts went up. Never felt sick or faint, no health problems while going through cycle except maybe some heart palpitations. I would rank product a 3 out of 5. Only because the hype on the page was so ridiculous that it raised your expectations way higher then what you receive. And as to the vilidity of the products, I never had them tested. I can tell you the first batch wich was epi&m-lmg did not smell of sulphur, and I know from reading that epistane smells of sulphur. I def get the bloat from the m-lmg though. I do not know how the 2nd stack would have worked withought the 1-t liqua vade, but I did not grow as much as I did during 1st stack. It could be that I ran formestane, so that might have cut down gains alittle bit. Anyway I would say a good run, am weighing in at 207lbs, started at 195lbs. I would say a good bit of it is muslce, a little fat and water retention an bloat has pretty much gone. As tomorrow I will start PCT, hope this helps anyone in need of it. Later
