STATS:

yrs training srsly:4+
GAME PLAN:
Preload CEL cycle assist, 4 caps 2x daily for 2 weeks (done)
H-drol-50/75/75/75/75/75 (I'm currently on day 5 @ 50, started on 4/8) dosing times 8am and 8pm
CEL cycle assist(ON) - 4 caps 2x daily 12pm and 12am
PCT- Clom 50/50/25/25?? (not sure if this will be the correct dosing protocol, advise is welcomed) I also plan to pick up some DAA and maybe some Lean Extreme to add around week 2, and continue to run supports throughout, as well as adding creatine back into the mix.
DIET:
I'll be loosely following a carb cycling diet I'm not going to go into great detail here, but my diet will be clean mainly consisting of lean protiens, complex carbs, and healthy fats. I wont be "counting" macros per say, but I will plan my meals and carbs accordingly to go along with my workout agenda for the day.
Squat days: high calorie/high carb
Dead lift days: high cal/high carb
Chest/shoulder: maintenance
cardio/off: low cal/low to no carb (probably throw a carb load/cheat day in every once in awhile)
WORKOUT:
I will be using a 1 on and 1 off workout scheme splitting the up muscle groups as follows:
1) Legs (ATG squats being the focus workout for ALL leg days)
2) Chest/Tris (Bench being the focus for ALL chest days)
3) Back/Bis (Alternating Deads and Bent over rows for the focus lift on back days)
4) Shoulders/Traps (Alternating between standing and seated military for the focus lift on shoulder days)
OFF DAYS-Cardio on most of them, mainly consisting of strenght conditioning type cardio but also including endurance cardio (tire flips, sledge hammering, sled dragging, box jumps, grappling, elliptical, HIIT ect.)
A FEW QUESTIONS ABOUT MY CYCLE:
*How much taurine should I start out at? Been taking about 2 grams 15min prior to workouts
*When I bump up to 75 is it better to take 25 3x a day or 50 in the AM, and 25 in the PM?
*on my Clom is 50/50/25/25 a good dosing protocol?
*I'm married if my libido crashes, is there anything I can take to keep my wife from hating me?

I am looking to recomp, I have had alot success with carb cycling in the past but plan on keeping calories overall higher than in the past thoughout the cycle. From the research I have done and all the logs I've read I feel it will be rather easy to recomp with H-drol. I have spent over a year researching and trying to decide if I wanted to run a PH, I turned 30 on the 4th of this month and decided to give myself a bday present and give it a go!!
I welcome any imput and advise, as many of you know putting in your time to do research can be a pain in the ace tryn to sift through all the regurgitated BS and opinions!! I've posted this here because I've done alot of the research on these forums, among others. I feel like there is alot of good info here and apprieciate the info that everyone has shared on these forums. I also will appreciate anyone that will lend me there knowledge and experiences to help me get the most outta my 1st cycle!!
I will also try to keep this log updated throughout my cycle.. good day to you all
