    First Ever Test E Exp


    HI,
    Im 106 kg, 5 ft 8 and i play rugby league. I have just got the 200mg/10ml Test E. I have been working out playing rugby league, gym and touch for 5 years now and still not much difference.
    I have been to instructors and to specialist and they are not sure why.
    I want to gain some muscle but most of all i want to become cut and have heaps of endurance. Must still keep flexible though.
    My Exersise:
    Mon - Gym
    Tue - Rugby training, sometime touch aswell
    Wed - Touch, 1-4 games depending on how many games Gym
    Thur - Rugby Training
    Fri - Gym
    Sat - Play Rugby League
    Sun - Rest
    Max:
    Bench : 110kg
    Leg Press : 340kg

    Can anyone advise me on what i should do.

    Diet Diet Diet. then gym. then rest. Only way to get muscle bro.

    What do you recommend for the diet? I havent started test e yet but i will in the next week i want to get me info first.

    Stick to clean foods. ex out that junk food. Stick to tunas, fishes, oats, clean noodles. Veggies

    Diet is 75% of your gains bro. other is gym and rest. Remember You could take all the steroids in the world as you want and hit the gym hard as you want but if your not giving your body to best nutrients to the fullest... You wont grow muscle.. It's that simple

    A good Test/Tren cycle would help you get the lean look your lookin for. but remember these are just a supplement in your regimen alot will be based upon your diet and rest/gym discipline

    Thanks for your help btw.
    I usually go to the gym and just mix it up with dumbells and bench legpress skipping and situps/ push ups. Since you now know my gym days and what else i do on my days off gym can u recommend a routine or do u think what im doing is fine.

    Just keep switching up the routine.. Shock your muscle... Keep changing excersies. keep your muscles questioned on whats next

    Bro im tryna get abs myself haha. What Ive been doing is get the rope and set the weight at 100lbs and hold it over your head get on your knees and crouch over til your heads about 2 inches for the floor i do 4 sets of 10. then go to the crouch machine and do 4 sets of 10 at 130lbs. abs are alot on your diet as well. just gotta be shreeded to see them lol
