    Did back today, hit a new PR! Did deadlifts 425x3 , my lower backs was destroyed afterwards but i still completed the workout. Appetite is insanely high.

    You get a better stretch/contraction on that tbar if you use 25 pound plates only or lots of tens. Just saying, nice dead!

    Not to sound stupid but can you elaborate on why your taking forma, Isnt your estrogen going to be extremely low as beast is non aromatizing, and epi has strong aI capabilities. I would thing the added forma will put your estro really low, and some is needed for anabolism and sex drive. Just trying to learn because I love formestane and would like to use it on cycle next time.

    peer pressure and being in college... kinda hard to stay away from it all when all my friends are partying and drinking. Not gonna do it anymore though for a while so I'll be good.

    Did light weight high rep arms today, i weighed in at 250 which is insane. My 3 week cut is also starting today so I'm going to lower my cals a little bit and try to lean out but keep the muscle with the help of epi and sd.

    Also the only reason im taking forma is because I've read it is a good addition to a cycle and my friend who is also doing a sd is cycle is taking it and having good results.

    Did chest and bis today. New Pr's flat dumb bell chest press 100x10, flat dumb bell chest press 110x7. Cuttin down calories is going well, im gonna eat between 2,500 to 3,000 calories per day in the next 3 weeks for my spring break cut haha, hopefully ill keep my strength with the help of Beastdrol and Havoc.

    Planned on doing legs today, on my 1st set of squats my knee started to hurt real bad, i dropped the wait and tried to do another set but i couldnt even get 1 rep because of my knee. Ive never had problems with my knee before so i probably strained something i guess. I ended up doing a full body workout instead and some cardio.

    no reason to stop tokin! just use it as an incentive, get lit and zone out in your stats book. hell its what got me through calculus; couldnt understand my prof's accent without it!! ive always been the oddball dead head, i'm NEVER munchy high. no joke i crave asparagus and hawaiian punch. btw grats on those deads man (raw hand? versa grips?)

    Haha i haven't stopped tokin... and when i do smoke the last thing I wanna do is look at my text book, and I have the worst munchies in the world. I can seriously eat like 6k calories after a few bowls of some good. And i used straps for the dead lift.

    Did back and tris today. This epistane is making me feel amazing. I'm looking huge in the gym. Strength is through the roof, i decided to take it easy on deadlifts though so I finished off with 405x7. Had like 5 people ask me if im on anything. I'm gonna do a mega dose of epistane for the last 2 weeks of the cycle, I already made up my mind so no one tell me that it's a bad idea. So my final cycle outline is gonna look like this.

    kudos man! and i dont think anyone is going to tell ya not to run the epi at 50. you are a pretty big fella and each person has to evaluate how they react to it. if 50 is your sweet spot then go for it.

    Did shoulders and arms (low weight) today, hit dumb bell military press 80x12 easily, would of probably went to 100's but didnt have a spotter and my shoulder joints are a little sore. Starting EC stack today! I also got a scale so I'm going to start weighing myself in the morning before I eat

    It's impossible especially if all you're roommates smoke every 3 hours >< and im on a super cut right now so i've actually been controlling my munchies pretty well finally
