I would like to thanks Mr Supps, Chocolate Milk and Gamer2b(rip) for choosing me to log this product.

About me: I am currently on 900mg Sust450 and 500mg Deca each week. I am going to run this at 10/20/20 and if I feel good enough, I will run it a 4th week @ 20mg ed.

I weigh 215lbs at about 12%bf and my goal is to add another 5lbs without fat gain. I have already been on a while and have gained alot, so gaining 10-20lbs is just not going to happen for me. I will be very happy with 5 lean pounds.

I am following a 5x5 program that utilizes modified antagonistic supersets. Its a good program for someone wanting to train heavy but still get a good amount of volume in.

Diet is high protein, high carb and a moderate fat intake. I will post diet some other time lol

Cardio has not been in play for about 3 weeks now, I started to gain some fat from this so I dropped calories back down a bit and I seem to have leaned out from doing this. I may start hitting it again, but if pumps are an issue Im not going to bother.

Good w/o, Ive got a head ache though, gonna check the ole' blood pressure. I can already notice a stronger pump going on. I took 10mg with my pre w/o meal, roughly 1-1.25 hours after 1st meal.

thats a heavy dose for sure even for mdrol but I hear bestdrol is even stronger or more pure.... the most SD i need is 20mg thats my sweet spot... alright I gotta check out your log to see how you doing bro.

Dude congrats on the 16lb weight gain, that is some serious weight gain!
thanks bro. on the 4th week and the weight gain has come to a halt.. hopefully i can pack on some more ;)

Don't scare me Tim.

I love that SD is so dry man. It's not like regular bulkers that make you bulky. It made me look so ripped and dry for a bulker it is an amazing compound.

Keep killin it brah. I'm excited for when you reach mid-cycle... oh boy

SD is the shiz-nit.......no doubt about it.
It is rather ironic that the strongest and most effective designer steroid is still out there legal to aquire.
That's a good thing.......just defies logic.

But it was sad to see Phera and Tren with their clones get shit-canned.
I still have some in stash, but it's the end of an era.

I haven't worked out today because my BP is 151/107 right now, it was 160/120 about an hour ago .

BP is down 130/80, I tried to get a work out in but I just couldn't hang with it. I hit 2 sets of Incline Bench and 3 sets wide grip and called it a day lol

I take CoQ-10 and Hawthorne year round. I have only been taking 100mg CoQ-10 lately(to save money cause this $hit ain't cheap lol) and 2g HB every day. I am now taking 400mg CoQ-10 and Im sticking with 2g HB.

Nice... get in 10g of fish oil a day to to thin out that blood bro... I was only using fish oil at 10g and never saw BP issues. Could be just differences between us but fish oil thins out the blood especially high doses.

Lol I remember taking 20g of fish oil a day and bleeding like a stuffed pig from a dam paper cut

Also you could take 300 mgs. of Grape Seed Extract. This is very good for the BP and doesn't cost too much if you buy it in bulk......like here at NP. It acts like a vaso-dilator causing the blood vessels to relax and widen allowing the blood to flow more freely.

Potassium will flush excess sodium from your blood. This is also advised.

I don't believe HBP runs in my family, things have been a bit stressful but nothing really out of the ordinary

Im gonna start taking 10-12g of fish oil a day as of today. Ive been eating 4-5 bananas everyday, I do have some potassium pills I could hit up. Thanks for the advice TG!
