St Weight: 190lbs
Hit the gym hard today for about and hour and 15mins worked out Upper Body. Had probably my best workout I've ever had in my life lifted and lifted didn't feel tired or sore. i don't if this was merely caused by me siking myself up cause I started my cycle today or form m-drol itself? Any thoughts?

Over Head Press: 4x10
Incline Press: 4x10
Compound Row: 4x10
Seated Dips: 4x 10
Flys: 4x10

Arms
Curls: 4x10
Isolation Curls: 4x10

just psyching yourself up i would assume. usually takes a few days (about 4 or 5) before feeling the really good pumps and what not.

Never ran Suppppppppppppppperdrol, but I do know I eat more in the 4 hours after I lift than you do in a whole day.

Your diet needs some mojo mate!!

Your workout also seems excessive... Can't believe u did all that in an hr and 15... Sets and reps are all good but weight tells us more esp when we can see the increases each weak. Once again just my 2 cents.

i dont know who uses an upperbody/lowerbody split... not a very good split :/ imo

diet is pretty bad, major overhaul needed

should fix diet and training before cycling anything

We aint tryin to bash you op.. Just, the way everything is layed out, your setting yourself up for a 0 gains cycle with all sides included..
