Today was legs day. My legs are weakest body part. I suffer from a neurogical disease known as Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease and it has caused the inside of one of my calves to completely atrophy. I can still do most of the exercises, but my strength sucks.

this is a similar cycle i did in April and really loved it, especially the beginning since I respond really well to SD, I would make the following recommendations since you're too back end loaded, do EPI for only 4 weeks on the tren you dont need to taper up raise the dose sooner... and stop at 6 weeks, i think thats too long

Thaks Delta Force. I was kind of thinking the same about the length of the cycle. I went ahead and bumped the SD up to 20mg today. I've ran a few cycles with the SD before I just don't feel anything at 10mg.

Today I did shoulders/traps. Felt much harder today in the gym. Maybe starting to get that amazing PH pump. Looked lot more vascular too. It's only been 4 days so maybe this is all in my mind. Im not taking any stimulated pre-workout. Only vitargo, arginine, and bcaas.

you should bump your tren too... I think you're doing too many sets... try to go heavy in less sets... you should be hitting PR's in no time

Really started to feel the fullness and vascularity today. Did arms and felt like my enitre upper body was pumped. Starting to get that SD dry joint pump. Gotta add in the supercissus starting tomorrow.

everyone responds differently to tren, in my case I did not response so well, I took it 100mg for 6 weeks and felt better at 20mg on SD, but yeah i would not recommend to go much higher than 100mg, also be sure to take extra milk thistle along with your Life/Cycle support, you can buy it bulk and at minimum take it 4 hours after you last dose of SD, its my understanding it does not interfere with tren

8 days in on SD I would expect higher numbers on your weight, how's your diet? are you eating enough calories? bump them if you want weight to move up.

How's strength so far? are you getting any PR's, keep killing it in the gym!

Instead of being 17a, like Epi and Hdrol, it's 2a,17a, making it twice is hepatoxic as Epi or Hdrol. It's harsh enough on your liver by itself, but stacking it with another 17a steroid is really pushing it. I strongly suggest you drop either the Epi or the Mdrol and you should probably have some intra-cycle blood work done to check on your liver values.

he is not really stacking them. he is bridging one into the other... only taking both at the same time for 7 days.

Today is only my 5th day at 20mg so hopefully I will see a larger increase in weight by the end of the week. I definitely need to bump up my calories. I think I'm going to start eating every 2.5hrs instead of every 3 in order to get an extra meal in.

I felt very on edge today at work. Don't know if it was from the ph of from something else. Had great vascularity all day. Muscles are getting a lot harder. Did chest at the gym and had an amazing pump. Looked a lot more jacked than I was a week ago.

Wasn't able to go to the gym after work because I literally thought there was hurricane going on down here. I couldn't even get out of the car. Very vascular and dense today. Gaining at about a pound a day now. Have a feeling I am going to fly by my original goal of getting to 220.

Heck of a workout! Keep up the great/hard work. Dumbbell pullovers are my bread and butter :)

Superdrol has started to dry out my joints slightly, but it isn't extremely noticeable as it is with Winstrol (which I will never cycle again). How long does it take the Cissus to work its magic for you, and do you buy in bulk or the caps?

If you have time, I'd like to hear your thoughts and feedback on Vitargo S2 and how you're using it. I wish Genr8 didn't hold a monopoly on the patent rights :(

I take the cissus caps. 3 caps 15min before breakfast and 3 15min before dinner. I had elbow reconstruction surgery in 1998 and also tore my labrum and rotator cuff in my right shoulder. These are baseball injuries. I don't have pain in my shoulder or elbow anymore.

I love vitargo. One of the best product ever made imo. I take 1 scoop preworkout with 5 grams of arginine and 5 grams of bcaa. Also take two scoops post with 2 scoops of wheybolic. Fruit punch is my favorite flavor.

First day of epi today. Worked out and the morning and had an amazing pump. Started to get back pumps today for the first time. Also did not drink enough water today. Don't have a weight for today because the scale at the gym was broke.

Thanks a lot... aside from Stealth, Vitargo S2 + a quality isolate would be my choice post workout meal.

Day 20 (Saturday): 20mg Mdrol/105mg Tren/30mg Epi

Weight: 210lbs

Great vascularity and fullness. Going to give myself the weekend off from the gym and just focus on eating a lot of food. Starting Monday, its just epi and tren. Might start doing some light cardio in the morning to help keep body fat down. I guess it really doesn't matter since im bulking right now. Hope to gain another 10lbs by the end of cycle. I will try to hold the weight for 2-3 months and then run a recomp cycle of hdrol.

Any severe side effects creeping up yet (back pain, joint pain, acne, etc)?
Low back pumps got pretty bad this week. I stand all day at work so that doen't help. Joints feel pretty good. They burn a little during the workout, but that is just the ph pump. Skin is extra oily, but no acne to report. I usually break out REALLY BAD during PCT.

if you are bridging mdrol and epi you should not take them at the same time, that was my advice early on

Ah yes, the PH-Pump... nothing like bending over in agony from the excruciating deep throbbing pain coursing through your arms and shoulders on arm-day. It nearly takes my breath away doing super sets it's so painful.

I usually break out REALLY BAD during PCT.
...Not looking forward to this - AT ALL, but its the name of the game I suppose. My breakouts have continued to be less severe since I ran a cycle of Accutane years ago.

Hey Guys. Haven't posted in quite some time because I got busy and sort of got tired updating my workouts everyday. Tomorrow is my last day of epi/tren and I start my PCT on Monday. Weight is at 217. My strength is the best it has ever been. No sides to report except for the occasional back pump. Skin is very oily.

I have a couple of questions about my PCT. Here is my planned PCT

Clomid 150mg(Day1-3),75mg(Day4-7)/50/50/25
Inhibit-E 2/2/1/1/0
PCT Assist 6/6/6/6/0
Reduce XT 0/0/x/x/x/x


1. Should I split up my Clomid dose throughout the day or take it all at once? I'm using liquid Clomid at 35mg/mL.

2. Is the clomid dosing at the proper level?

150 mgs of clomid is absurdly high I have never seen it run over 100

Ive noticed that here on AM dosages of many compounds are dosed to high IMO. There is no need to dose the clomid higher than 50. If u dont believe me, do the research on pubmed and read the journals

In the journals they use 25 mgs to restore normal HPTA in steroid induced hypogonal men.. U will be better off running it at 25-50 for longer duration, again in my humble opinion.
