3rd cycle.. WHAT you think ??

hello, im from australia and im new to the board..

stats.

height - 5.7

weight - 210

bf - 12%

age - 23

4 years of natural training

6th yr of training.

Cycle experience..

1st cycle - 8 weeks test prop 100mg eod. PCT

2nd cycle - 12 weeks sus 500mg/week and deca 500mg/week. PCT

Before aas i weighed 175lb.

I am planing on cutting up for a comp, and this is what I came up with..

week 1-10: test prop 100mg eod ( or 50mg ed )

week 1-4: 40mg dbol ed

week 5-10: 50mg winstrol ed

week 1-10: .5mg liquidex ed

week 10-14: 20mg nolva ed, 50mg clomid ed, 8ui insulin post workout and creatine.

Been thinking about doing ECA stack towards the end of cycle but don't know much about it ??

As for my diet , ( just started )

eg.

7am cup oats cup ground chicken breast

9am wpi shake (low carb)

11am white fish fillet cup sweet potato and loads of green leafy veg

1pm cup rice chicken breast and greens

3pm wpi shake

5pm 6 egg whites and greens

7pm rump steak and green salad

9pm wpi shake I will limit carbs depending the rate of fat loss.

Training: (originally just weights in the evening and no cardio)

cardio: 30 min walking upon rising and 30 min after weights in evening.

Weights: split workout - eg. 10am - chest 6pm - arms

heavy volume training to failure works for me with drop sets, 1min between sets..

Let me kno what you think.. from your aussie mate !!

It doesnt say on here, but have you used insulin before?

Also, I know you're planning to cut with this cycle, so IMO, insulin really doesnt fit in. Usually its used more as a bulking agent, well at least thats the way I've used it in the past.

yes have used before, Only with PCT.. Seems to help keep the gains..

Ok cool, you know you're body better than anyone else ;). And I assumed thats why you were using the slin. I just know that with me, I tend to hold a bit more fat than I would like with it.

yeah i wouldnt touch it during cutting. but fat doesnt really matter after the comp.

Guys I just want your opinion before I start, should i run the winstrol for a shorter duration ? are my dosages good ? is my PCT dosage ok ?

Have you run winny before? I know for me it gives bad joint pain but I get shredded like no other. I would only run it for the last 3-4 weeks. Also with winny it depends a lot on manufacturer. I've had some brands that work very well at 25-50mg and other brands I've had to use 100mg for the same results. Since it's an underground product you really never know. When I take epistane at 60mg a day I feel a lot like I'm on winny from a good brand. It's also not as bad on joints and it's legal.

No, never used it before. I guess ill have to play around with dosage an see..I hear a lot about joint pain.. will fish oil help ? glucosamine ? what is epistane.

Also my diet will be changing next week. a lot less carbs.. and all cardio in the morning. 45 min with HR around 130..

also got some advice to take the dbol out. any thoughts on that.. ?

I have made a few changes :

diet:

meal 1: 2 whole eggs, 4 whites, cup oats (dry weight)

meal 2: 60g wpi, 80g mixed nuts (no pea nuts)

meal 3: 250g chicken breast (raw weight), cup broccoli

meal 4: pre workout 30 - 60g wpi, 1 teaspoon natural peanut butter

meal 5: post workout 30g wpi, 60g waxy maize ?

meal 6: 250g very lean red meat or 300g of white lean fish, cup broccoli, small green salad and carb free dressing if u like.

Meal 7: 30g wpi only if your hungry, 2 diet jelly.

supps:

Muti vit
omega 3 oil
primrose oil
CLA caps
Disperse
Lipoyze
creatine
BCCA
glutamine
macadamia oil
melatonin
calcium
zinc
vit c

Cycle:

week 1-10: Prop 600mg/week - 1.5ml every 4 days

week 6-10: win 75mg/day

week 1-10: .5mg ldex


PCT 30 days - 20mg nolva/day. (still trying to get clomid)



Training:

45min cardio before meal 1. HR between 125-130 beats per min.

weights: 1 body part/day, every set is 15 reps, 5 different exercises.
set 1. warm up.
set 2. moderate weight.
set 3. moderate-heavy.
set 4. HEAVY.

75mgs on the winny is bit high, especially for a product you've never used before. Start at 50mgs per day and see how that goes.
