Whats up everyone its that time of year again for me to hop on the cycle train. Been on this site for years and have never logged anything so I thought now is as good a time as any. For the next 4 weeks I will be murdering my muscles. I welcome everyone to chime in although I would appreciate it if it remains positive.

Background:
I am 5’9” 215 as of Tuesday 3/24. BF% unknown
I have been lifting on and off from 14 on with the last 3 being really dedicated. Up until 2 years ago I would only work out 6 months out of the year because I played hockey and found myself getting too big and bulky so I always quit working out during the season. Its something that just worked for me.

Lifting Stats:
Bench – 340 lbs as of January (I think I could prolly get 350 now)
DL- 475-500 Did 455 6th set a few weeks ago..
Squat- 385 lbs All squats are done ATG. I just started doing them in December after 4 years of hamstring issues. Compared to the rest of my body they look weak to me.

Cycle:
Will be Methoxy TST and Mega TRN which I have used before and had great success with. Starting out I am running the TRN at 4 mg a day and the TST 4 mg pre workout. Many people use much more methoxy TST but this amt has worked for me in the past so I will adjust if need be. The cyle started 3/24 and will run until 4/20.

This is the most I have ever used in my post cycle. I chose this because I wanted to make post cycle fun and continue to make gains. Plus Im hoping for a nice libido boost as well.

Training:

Fri-Legs
Cardio will be done 4 times per week after lifting which will usually consist of 20 min on the eliptical.
My focus is primarily on hypertrophy although I do lift for power on certain lifts. Sometimes its a mix of the two.


Goals:
Looking to put on LBM while dropping some body fat. I have done this before with these compounds so we will see. The first time I used both of these I put on 15 lbs while leaning down, but that was coming off my hockey season and I was started at 190 lbs. I am also looking for some serious strength gains from the TRN. I would like to get my lifts up about 15-20 lbs.

What doseages did you usually run the compounds at? Yea both the TST and TRN have treated me very well in the past, so Im pretty psyched. Its been nearly a year since I ve ran anything. Good to have you.

Since I had 2 bottles of powerful I ve started using 2 at night before bed. So far I ve noticed great sleep and some really cool dreams which is different for me b/c I can never remember my dreams.

Sides: Im noticing my skin is getting slightly more oily, which is a sign that these are starting to kick in. Heading off to the gym for arms in a few and will update later today.

I've done it. BP can be an issue when running sd and m-trn together so keep an eye on that. extra hawthorne berry worked for me also had to up the taurine when comboed.

btw hellacious tricep workout cg with. 245lb keep up the good work you must have some horseshoes

Pros: Sick workout, best I ve had in a while. Worked out in a tank top for the first time in forever. Im usually in a hoodie or baggy shirts. My vascularity has greatly improved over the last few months. Hit a couple PR's on the incline hammer press. I had a great pace going took me about an hr to hit the weights then an extra 25 for cardio.
Notes: I d like to hit more incline movements but the incline BP has been broken forever now and the adjustable bench is broke as well. There is one non-adjustable inc bench but it is way too high and prolly would hit more shoulders than chest.

Woke up this AM down about 1.6 lbs. to 216.4. Theres a part of me that hates that but I also am going by the mirror and the mirror says things are moving along nicely so Im trying not to complain. I took in a little over 3,000 calories (all clean) yesterday which is actually a lot for me as of late. Hitting back later on today. Its going to be a busy couple weeks with grad classes and life in general but shouldnt effect the gym/diet.

Pros: Another great workout. Sick pump, almost to the point I couldnt hold any weight b/c my forearms were throbbing. I usually perform deads with higher weight lower reps so this was a nice change. I was pretty beat after those, but Im very happy with the numbers. I had great endurance throughout the entire workout, and couldve stayed in the gym and kept on going.
Notes: The taurine must be working b/c I didnt have a single back pump today so that was nice!

I am leaning out fast and in a hurry. Everday I wake up I look leaner and more vascular. Im def. shedding a good amount of fat off my love handles, and the weights are starting to go up. Overall just feeling awesome. I ve been getting in about 3,000 cals most of the cycle. Before that I was at 2,500 for a while and went from 226-215. I think I will up the cals for the remainder maybe add in a pbj and shake or something. Update later on today after my shoulder workout.

Notes: Thinking of upping both doseages tomorrow.Other than that Im staying the course.

Woke up with some wicked DOMS in my back and shoulders today.. I was going to do legs today but I think I will wait till Friday or Satruday to hit them. I swear everyday Im looking tighter and leaner. I dont care if I put on 3 lbs from this b/c I will have dropped a significant amount of body fat by the end. Didnt weigh in today, but I will be hitting arms later on today. Although im not always thinking about sex anymore when I want to use it, it works great as I found out last night. Peace

Weight is down to 215.6 so I am back to my orginal weight just about.. Im taking in over 3k cals a day which is pretty normal to me I never have to eat much to gain. This stuff me must be stripping the fat off me like crazy. Im getting stronger. I may not even weigh in for a while and just go by the mirror. Im hitting legs today so I ll update later. May also be the last update b/c there doesnt seem to be much interest in the log.

Yea things are going great so far.. Im surprised at Mega Trns nutrient partioning ability. I dont remember it being this good at it. Over the next couple weeks I am going to significantly increase calories to see if I can put on some weight while dropping BF. I am leaning out much faster then I imagined I would have, so I have been eating foods that I wasnt eating before running this pretty much because I can and I am trying to get in some extra cals. Im hitting chest tomorrow so Im excited to see what that wil bring. Update tomorrow after the battle with the iron.

Sorry to hear your not getting the strngth gains u wanted.. When did you run M14ad? what were the gains like?

Yeah i'm leaning out good vascularity and abs coming in great i just thought i remembered more strength last run. M14ad was at the beginning of the cycle but alas can only stay on a 17a for so long

Weighed in this am at 217.5. Up 2.5 lbs from the start. I ate everything this weekend. I ate a lot of clean foods and a lot of dirty foods. I have 2 weeks left in my cycle so Im going to give it hell. After my chest workout yesterday I am feeling amazing. I got great sleep last night so Im ready to crush my back today. I will update later with details. BTW I am dosing 6mg of each compound for the remainder of the cycle.

I noticed a slight headache last night while I was in bed but I woke up this am feeling good. If a get any more headaches I will up the HB. I ve been using life support and so far so good. I really should try to get my BP tested but the only place I can think of is the pharmacy with the computerized ones. Not sure how accurate that wouldbe.

Hows the TRN treating you? Any improvement from the weekend?

Yeah bro. Last cycle I went all out with PCT and I continued making gains, retained on cycle gains, awesome libido, etc. Its amazing how important good PCT is and how much better you feel when you do it right.

Yea I always have a solid PCT and keep my gains, but overall I just wanted to make it fun and keep me interested. Plus my libido takes a nosedive in PCT, and actually has already done so I d like to get that up and running.

The bp machines found in stores are generally pretty accurate unless your arm doesn't fit.

Pros: Set a couple more PR's and I was very surprised at how good the workout went considering I had a very busy weekend with little to no sleep. My pullups are really coming along, I just started getting serious about them a couple months ago and it would take me 6 sets to hit 25 reps.
Sides: Libido down a bit but when I want to use it it works great.
Notes: Stabbed myself in the hand tonight with a knife trying to separate 2 frozen turkey burgers. Its very deep but didnt bleed much which was weird. its below my thumb which is a little more fatty then the rest. Kind of looks like hamburger meat when I spread the cut open. I opted not to get stitches.Hard to say how this will effect my lfiting this week, it really sux cuz this is the last week so hopefully I will be able to still go heavy and hard.

I think I ll be on until saturday or maybe sunday... Im finishing up both bottles of the tst and trn so that will put me at a little under 4 weeks. Got my hand stitched up last night so I dont know what I will be able to do at the gym. This just sucks couldnt be more upset. On an positive note I weighed in at 220 this am. F*ck my life.

good idea about the stiches better safe than sorry hopefully you can do some work and you can always go heavy on leg presses etc

Notes: Wanted to do a low volume heavy day for squats, but wasnt sure how the hand would hold up with alot of weight. My legs have come along way they are looking good. After 135x15 they were straight pumped. Overall good workout but nothing fantastic although 760 is the heaviest I have went on leg press. I hope I can hit up some chest saturday or sunday but we ll c. I gotta be careful not to rip my hand back open.

Ive been looking over DC training for a while now so I ve been incorporating some aspects of into my training. Once PCT is over I might go full on DC, but we will see.

Pros: Feeling amazing in the gym.. It sux about my hand but Im doing better than I thought I would be able to do.

Today will be the last day of the cycle.. Weighed in at 220.6 today so thats a little over 5lb gain. Def no fat gained and going by the mirror I d say I lost some fat so overall it was a fantastic cycle with little to no sides. I had enough to take me through the weekend but with my hand f*cked up and what not I decided I would hit arms today and call it quits. I ll update later after the workout.

Notes: Man this last week and half have sucked azz. First I screwed my hand up then I got wicked sick. The good news is I took the couple stitches out last night and finally got a good chest workout in today. Sickness is subsiding so that is very welcomed. Starting week 3 Im going to start my cut so until then Im maintaing cals and upping the cardio to most likely every training session. Suprised how good the workout went considering.
