Whats up everyone its that time of year again for me to hop on the cycle train. Been on this site for years and have never logged anything so I thought now is as good a time as any. For the next 4 weeks I will be murdering my muscles. I welcome everyone to chime in although I would appreciate it if it remains positive.
Background:
I am 5’9” 215 as of Tuesday 3/24. BF% unknown
I have been lifting on and off from 14 on with the last 3 being really dedicated. Up until 2 years ago I would only work out 6 months out of the year because I played hockey and found myself getting too big and bulky so I always quit working out during the season. Its something that just worked for me.
Lifting Stats:
Bench – 340 lbs as of January (I think I could prolly get 350 now)
DL- 475-500 Did 455 6th set a few weeks ago..
Squat- 385 lbs All squats are done ATG. I just started doing them in December after 4 years of hamstring issues. Compared to the rest of my body they look weak to me.
Cycle:
Will be Methoxy TST and Mega TRN which I have used before and had great success with. Starting out I am running the TRN at 4 mg a day and the TST 4 mg pre workout. Many people use much more methoxy TST but this amt has worked for me in the past so I will adjust if need be. The cyle started 3/24 and will run until 4/20.

This is the most I have ever used in my post cycle. I chose this because I wanted to make post cycle fun and continue to make gains. Plus Im hoping for a nice libido boost as well.
Training:
M-Chest
T-Back
W- Shoulders
Th-Arms
Fri-Legs
Cardio will be done 4 times per week after lifting which will usually consist of 20 min on the eliptical.
My focus is primarily on hypertrophy although I do lift for power on certain lifts. Sometimes its a mix of the two.
Goals:
Looking to put on LBM while dropping some body fat. I have done this before with these compounds so we will see. The first time I used both of these I put on 15 lbs while leaning down, but that was coming off my hockey season and I was started at 190 lbs. I am also looking for some serious strength gains from the TRN. I would like to get my lifts up about 15-20 lbs.
