Im not looking to do this cycle for another 2 months or so but i want to make sure everything is in place, plus i just did my first show about 3 months or so so im giving myself time. other than the contest prep cycle ive only done 1 other serious cycle. when i was younger i was an idiot and dabbled in some m-test not knowing wtf i was doing...but ve learned alot since then , ive learned alot even since my first cycle. so here it goes.
im 25, ive never done sust before but i have used deca, test e and test prop.
cycle would like this
sustanon- 250mg x 2 a week for 10 weeks
arimidex .5 mg ED
pct
clomid 100/100/50
nolvadex 40/40/20/20
go with a test booster near end of nolva maybe 6-oxo or any better suggestions ( if anyone thinks i should use Hcg for this let me know)
as with pct ive been using tribulus, zma and maybe a fat burner throughout
diet is always tight.
im about 5'9, 5'10 180lbs right now with maybe 8-9% BF(i havnt put much fat on since the contest, cant seem to no matter what i eat, not complaining though)
as of now i take in over 300 grams protien a day, carbs around 200-300 sometimes 400 depending on how i feel. fat is moderate from 50-90 grams a day. ill up the protien to 400 grams a dat on cycle.
any thoughts, suggestions or approvals are appreciated thanks
