    Current stats

    Weight: 230lbs
    Height: 6'1"
    Body type: Endo-Mesomorph (more meso than endo)
    Bodyfat: around 16% but subcutaneous water makes muscles look softer

    Strength stats
    Bench: 1 x 270lbs
    Squat: 1 x 420lbs
    Deadlift: 1 x 450lbs
    Shoulder press (in smith): 1 x 260lbs

    Cycle Goals

    • Gain and maintain 10 to 15lbs of quality muscle
    • Work on weak points like chest and back thickness
    • Add 30-40lbs to all major lifts
    • Hopefully drop a few % bodyfat


    Cycle history

    Cycle 1: 6 weeks of Revolt (Max LMG clone) - gained no mass or strength what so ever.

    Cycle 2: 4 weeks of Epi - gained 4lbs and very little strength, made me feel good though, libido was great too.

    Why trenadrol?

    It seems trenadrol is one of the favorites. It's non-methylated, which is a plus, and it seems to give very good strength gains. I am a little worried about prolactin gyno though.

    Why add Epi?
    I simply love the libido boost it gives me. I feel euphoric and energetic on it. I'm afraid the Trenadrol will crush my libido and hoping to battle that with a moderate dose epi. Of course any added strength and/or mass gains from it are more than welcome.

    Why B12 injects?

    I'm hoping to get more energy. Every year in the winter I have the same lethargic feeling, and I'm hoping B12 can help with that. I'll be using the depot version (hydroxocobalmineacetate). I've ordered 20 vials, each containing 1000mcg of B12. I'm expecting them in the mail tomorrow, or maybe monday.
    I'll be injecting 1 vial = 2ml = 1000mcg every other day, intramuscular.

    Cycle

    Week 1 - Tren: 90mg - ED Epi: 20mg ED - B12: 1000mcg EOD IM
    Week 2 - Tren: 90mg - ED Epi: 20mg ED - B12: 1000mcg EOD IM
    Week 3 - Tren: 90mg - ED Epi: 30mg ED - no B12 to prevent tolerance buildup
    Week 4 - Tren: 90mg - ED Epi: 30mg ED - B12: 1000mcg EOD IM
    Week 5 - Tren: 90mg - ED Epi: 30mg ED - B12: 1000mcg EOD IM

    PCT

    Clomifen Citrate - 100mg ED for 2 weeks then 50mg ED for 2 weeks (changed this from Nolva to Clomid)
    Diesel Test Hardcore - 4 tabs ED
    Reversitol - tapering down 3/2/2/1
    Maybe some Lean Xtreme, not sure about that yet.

    I'm also thinking about getting two bottles of X-Factor to run after this cycle to maintain as much strength and mass as possible.

    Support Supps

    Cycle Support - 1 scoop ED
    Garlic caps - 2000mg ED
    Fish Oil - 10g ED
    Lecithin - 3g ED
    CoQ10 - 200mg ED
    Vitamin C - 2000mg ED

    P-5-P - 200mg ED

    Training

    4 day split:

    Monday - Chest and biceps
    Tuesday - Quads and hams
    Wednesday - off
    Thursday - off
    Friday - Shoulders and triceps
    Saturday - Back
    Sunday - off

    I'll post exercises and sets per day as the log progresses.

    Diet

    Diet is pretty clean. I eat around 5000kcals a day, sometimes a little less.
    Diet mostly consists of brown rice, beans, patatoes, fatty fish, chicken breast, peanuts, cottage cheese and sometimes bread. I try to get about 250 grams of protein a day. I like eating healthy and I like eating alot, so that's never a problem. The plan is to up calories when weight goes up of course.

  8. Day 1, 2 and 3

    Day 1 was shoulders and triceps. Nothing special to report. Had a lot of energy in the gym.
    Libido is way up since day 1 of the cycle, that's the epi doing its work.

  9. Day 4

    I had biceps and chest planned for today and legs for tomorrow, but I had some stuff to do and wanted to take a long nap so I'll be doing biceps and chest tomorrow and legs on wednesday.

    I took the whole week off from work to mentally prepare before this cycle kicks in and to get lots and lots of sleep.

    I'll be pinning some B12 tomorrow morning, and I'll be heading to the gym in the afternoon.

  10. Day 5

    Workout for today: Chest and Biceps

    flat barbell bench press - 12 x 185lbs, 10 x 205lbs, 6 x 230lbs, 6 x 230lbs
    incline dumbell press - 8 x 95lbs, 8 x 95lbs, 8 x 95lbs, 8 x 95lbs (slow reps, dumbells don't go heavier in my gym which sucks)
    chest press machine 10 x 240lbs, 10 x 240lbs, then a drop set from 240lbs

    alternating dumbell curls - 12 x 45lbs(per hand), 6 x 55lbs, 6 x 55lbs, 6 x 55lbs
    EZ curl bar curls(wide grip) - 6 x 110lbs, 6 x 110lbs, 6 x 110lbs, 6 x 110lbs
    cable curls(narrow grip) - 8 x 90lbs, 6 x 100lbs, 6 x 100lbs, failure x 50lbs

    It wasn't really a heavy workout, but the intensity was very high. I focused more on strict form than on weight. Pumps were insane! I had trouble putting my jacket on when I left the gym. I'm also experiencing some back pumps so I'm adding in Taurine at 10g a day.

    Weight is 232lbs (+2lbs) but that's probably just water.

    Injected some B12 into my right quad this morning. I decided to dose the B12 EOD instead of E3D.

    Tomorrow is leg day! I love squats!

    Today's leg workout was pretty intense, but no insane weights were used. What it looked like:

    Barbell (Rear) Squat - 15 x 130lbs, 10 x 225lbs, 10 x 225lbs, 8 x 310lbs, 6 x 355lbs, 6 x 355lbs
    Barbell Front Squat - 8 x 225lbs, 8 x 225lbs, 8 x 225lbs

    Standing leg curl machine (with one leg) - 15 x 100lbs, 10 x 120lbs, 8 x 145lbs, 8 x 145lbs
    Stiff legged deadlift - 12 x 130lbs, 10 x 225lbs, 8 x 240lbs, 8 x 240lbs

    Leg extensions - 10 x 256, 8 x 310lbs, 6 x 330lbs, 6 x 330lbs

    Felt very energetic today but no strength increases yet.

    Tomorrow is an off day, friday is shoulders and triceps and back on saturday.

  12. Day 7

    Off Day. Nothing special to report.

  13. Day 8

    Shoulders and triceps.
    This workout sucked donkey balls. I was very tired. I spent the night at a hotel with my girlfriend. The bed was way to soft and I woke up every hour with a numb arm.

  14. Day 9

    Weight is up to 238lbs (+8lbs), most of it seems to be water though.

    Back workout:
    Chin-ups - 8 x bodyweight, 8 x bodyweight, 8 x bodyweight, 8 x bodyweight
    Deadlifts - 15 x 155lbs, 10 x 245lbs, 6 x 330lbs, 4 x 375lbs (wanted to go heavier but had nasty back pumps, going to pick up some potassium for that)
    Narrow supinated grip pull-down - 10 x 100lbs, 8 x 220lbs, 8 x 245lbs, 8 x 245lbs
    T-Bar rows (weights are without bar) - 15 x 90lbs, 10 x 135lbs, 8 x 175lbs, 8 x 220lbs, 6 x 245lbs
    Dumbell Rows(laying face-down on incline bench) - 8 x 55lbs, 8 x 55lbs, 8 x 55lbs, 8 x 55lbs, 15 x 40lbs
    Wide pronated grip pull down - 8 x 220lbs, 8 x 220lbs, 8 x 220lbs, 15 x 135lbs

    Pretty good workout but no real strength gains yet. The weights on some exercises felt a little lighter though.

    I'm sweating like crazy, especially at night. The sheets are completely soaked every morning. I'm drinking at least 2 gallons of water a day so that should keep me hydrated.

    Tomorrow is another off day, and monday is chest and biceps again.

    Man, that was good!

    Libido is through the roof, had a great time with my girlfriend last night!

  17. Day 11

    Chest and Biceps

    This was the first time I really felt a difference in the gym since I started the cycle. The B12 injects also make me feel very good and energetic. The weights felt lighter on every exercise and I even benched 5 x 245 which is a new personal best. My bench kind of sucks so I'm very exited about even the littlest increase in strength.

    The cycle's going pretty good so far. No real side effects other than little rise in blood pressure.

    Weight is still around 238lbs.

    I'm extremely hungry all day long. Probably because of the B12 injects. I can't wait to go to the gym tomorrow and work on my chest and biceps.

    Weight this morning was 240lbs (+10lbs)

  24. Day 18

    Had a fantastic chest and biceps workout, strength was through the roof! I felt unstoppable. The Trenadrol is starting to show me its true power! Not all exercises went up, but my bench did. A lot.

    It sucks the dumbells don't go any heavier than 95 in my gym, but if I do slow, controlled reps on the incline dumbell press it can still be pretty heavy. My bench went up more than I expected. I have the feeling that by the end of this cycle I'll be repping my old 1RM.

    I still feel pretty good. No lethargy, no drop in libido. My nuts did shrink a little though. I'm playing with the idea to get some hCG to get the boys back. My plan was to dose 2 x 1000IU in the last week of the cycle. But I'm not sure about that yet.

    Weight is still the same.

    Nice workout but no extreme strength gains or anything.

    Shoulder press in smith - 20 x 135lbs, 12 x 175lbs, 7 x 220lbs, 5 x 230lbs, 6 x 220lbs
    Dumbell lateral side raises - 12 x 35lbs, 10 x 45lbs, 8 x 50lbs, 8 x 50lbs
    Cable side raises - 10 x 25lbs, 10 x 30lbs, 10 x 35lbs

    Skull-crushers (with EZ curl bar) - 15 x 55lbs, 12 x 80lbs, 7 x 100lbs, 5 x 120lbs, 7 x 100lbs
    Rope push-downs - 10 x 90lbs, 8 x 100lbs, 6 x 110lbs, 6 x 110lbs
    Cable tricep extensions(behind the head, extending upwards) - 8 x 175lbs, 7 x 185lbs, drop set from 185lbs

    Weight is still around 240lbs, but bodyfat is down a little. I'm starting to see more vascularity on my arms.

    Tomorrow is legs again!

  28. Day 22

    Legs:

    All in all a good workout. Strength was up a little on squats.

    I didn't see much increase in strength today. I deadlifted 465 which is 10lbs heavier than my old PR, but I lifted the same weights on all other exercises as two weeks ago.

    Tomorrow's another off day, and next Monday is chest and biceps again.

  30. Day 24

    Off day.

    I slept till 11:30 PM and woke up with some bad ass muscle soreness in my lats. I feel good today, had more than enough sleep. I'll be hitting the hay early again tonight so I'll be at my best for tomorrow's workout. Time to totally demolish my chest and biceps agian!
