For some reason I can not get NutraPlanet.com to load on either firefox of IE. SM.com also seems to be giving me problems..

Anyone else having problems with either site?

Try clearing your cookies and cache, then re-boot.

I just tried to have a co-worker sign up to place an order. The NP website won't do it from either a Mac or PC, FF or IE.

Same issue here as of last week, I've tried just about everything, IE/FF/Opera and nada. Need to place my order looks like I'll heading to the library.

np.com has not worked for me for a least a month now. I use internet explorer. sm.com does work for some reason though. Hopefully this problem is resolved before any good sales (end of year) happen. My supply is starting to run low.

Funny thing is it loads up fine on my laptop, thankfully I have that as I just placed a new order the other day woohoo. Honestly I think It may have something to do with windows itself, I have auto update on my main comp and the laptop is set up to only update upon my request.

Maybe it's reformat time.
