Hey Sam,
Can you ship order #319103 immediately???
I've been waiting for 2 1/2 weeks now.
I was initially waiting for bulk powerfull, which I was able to order even though you had none in stock (There was no "product not available" sign preventing me from ordering). I only figured out that you had none in stock once I contacted CS 5 business days later. It would have been nice if someone told me that you had none in stock rather than have my order in pending status.
Next was the Java soap, which Darren said would be available yesterday and that my order would be shipped out right after they've received it. As of this email, I'm still waiting....
I'm getting annoyed at the lack of action. Can you work your magic here?
