Talking help me condense my custom ideas

Was over at CC and came up with some formulas over a few weeks of being bored at work LOL...
so anyway I got carried away and these serving sizes of 7 pills and up are hilarious IMO. I'd appreciate advice on what to take out or lessen the amount of to bring these down to a manageble serving size while still being effective for their respective area. Thanks all have fun!

I really actually like this formulation and might consider just taking a smaller dose... but what do the rest of you think?

Endurance Pre Workout (wanted something that would help me with grueling workouts like MMA style training while still giving some antioxidant benefits without stims or too much "pump"--nothing worse than etreme no pump while wrestling or BJJ rolling my arms and legs fatique way too fast when this happens)
Pills per Serving: 9
D-Ribose 1394mg (lol was trying to fill % as close to 100 as possible)
L-Arg AKG 1000mg
Beta Alanine 500mg
Citrulline Mal 500mg
Creatine Mono 500mg
N-Acetyl-Cysteine 600mg
Glutathione 250mg
Coleus Forskohlii (20% forsk) 50mg
Red Clover 200mg
Hesperidin 50mg
Policosanol 10mg

I realize that most preworkout formulas will be large serving sizes but interested in everyone's take on this.

Strong Joints (Wrestling and BJJ mess up the joints and tendons something feirce and I have had some crazy pain from training and rolling so I wanted something to help with pain, inflamation, and healing)
serving size: 7
Cissus (5% keto) 1500mg
Chondroitin 500mg
Glucosamine 500mg
MSM 500mg
Collagen 500mg
Boswellia 250mg
Curcumin 250mg
Vit D3 400iu
Vit K 40mcg

Joint formulas can usually be taken in split doses and make them easier to justify a larger serving size but in this case I'd rather have something I can use a full serving of for post grappling training.

I guess these aren't so bad on their own but since I plan on stacking these four types of formulas I probably should work to bring down the serving sizes of each. Thanks in advance for all comments.

I would leave out the Forskohii, mainly because it does cause a slight stomach discomfort and you don't want the before a workout, and possibly the Policosanol. I would add L-Norvaline this gives me a nice pump.

I would add some Vit C to this.

Leave out the ginger it has thermogenic properties, you don't want to be hot when you are relaxing and sleeping.
