    I'm looking for a preworkout supplement that will give me some good aggression and energy in the gym. How does this look:

    Maca powder 1000 mg
    Horny Goat Weed Extract 500 MG
    3,4-Divanillyltetrahydrofuran 400 MG
    Caffeine 200 MG
    N-Acetyl L-Tyrosine 30 MG
    1,3 - Dimethylamylamine 25 MG

    Its 4 caps I'd probably take it 30 minutes before working out. I was thinking of maybe adding in some beta alanine as well but wasn't sure.

  2. If it's just pre-workout, why have the maca, hgw and 3.4divin? replace that with other stuff like creatine, beta-alanine, some arganine, taurine, maybe a little niacin.

  3. I added Horny goat weed and 3,4 divin for increased aggression and a testosterone boost while working out. Test products work great for me pre workout. I added the Maca for endurance. If I was to add creatine, beta alanine , any type of arginine or taurine it would be in powder form. I would have to take too many pills to get the doses I needed for them to make a difference. I guess this would be more of a performance product and less of a preworkout product.
