    i want to add zinc to this equation but theres 3 different ones .. im looking for one that supports prostate along with immune health

    It will stop binding, and cause a rise in good estrogen levels, and prevernt bad estrogen levels, wich is can cause serious cell damage, plus preventing binding to the androgen receptor will protect the prostrate.

    Take it with food, i can take 500mg of dv and get no problems if i take with food, take care bro. R,S

    Beta Sitosterol is active ingredient in saw pametto. It also reduces cholesterol. I3C has a lot of research behind it as does stinging nettle root. Zinc and magnesium are both critical to good prostate health. These are basically all you need.
