Let me know what you think about this stack.
2 scoops WF + 1 scoop GM 30 minutes before work out.
During workout 2 scoops of PW.
Now I am not sure if I am over doing it on the WF + PW scoops.
Should I only be taking 1 scoop of wf + 1 GM before workout and during only 1 scoop of PW.
I think I heard someone saying that 2 scoops of both WF and PW is over doing it.
Let me know what your thoughts are on this and what I should do.
