Ok is it alright to take 2 scoops a day? will i get better results or will it just give me water weight and would i have to drink more if doing 2 scoops a day versus 1
I would stick with 1 ... it's more than enough ... any more you might run into stomach problems. :dl: In other words once your muscles are saturated with creatine you'll be good. You could try doing 1 scoop pre, half scoop post on workout days.
