I would stick with 1 ... it's more than enough ... any more you might run into stomach problems. :dl: In other words once your muscles are saturated with creatine you'll be good. You could try doing 1 scoop pre, half scoop post on workout days.

more is not always better, plus i dont think the body would soak up all you give it
