About to start reduction..

Haven't started yet but how long does the am pill last?
Because i usually like steady energy throughout my day. So would 1 at say 630 am then another at like 12 work? Or would that be overkill?

And yes i know it recommends just one dose in the am.

Technically you could do the split dose to maintain energy throughout the day, but I would first try a full dose in the AM and see how long it lasts. It usually gives me steady energy for about 6-8 hours depending on what I'm doing.

hell naw. lol good thing i have two jobs that arent really effected by the economy either. lol but the price is great and the product is even better
