I'm thinkin of usein Gycergrow for low carb diet like 50grams post work out only. I'm thinkin of takin low doses of it like every six hours with creatine. So what you think.I'm doin this to keep my body full of water cause I know the lower the carbs the less water in your body. So what you think? What dose should I run the GG? What you think of this idea?
