        Hmm. I always found it easier to sleep on a full stomach (food coma).

        8 hours when we sleep is the longest period during the 24 hour day we go without eating. During waking hours mealtimes are generally 4-6 hours apart. People who say things like "don't eat before bedtime" are living in a fantasy world. Most people have a snack before going to bed. It's either that or wake up hungry in the middle of the night....
