First H-drol cutting cycle. Help

Hey mates. I just started my H-drol cycle after alot of research and this is how my cycle looks like.

My goal is to gain muscle, add to strengt, and shred fat, more of a cutting cycle. Im 23 years old and 176cm (5.77ft) x 78kg (171lbs)

How do you guys think my cycle looks? Would really appreciate comments. Also im not english so dont mind my spelling.


H-drol cycle

Cycle
CEL: H-drol (2 bottles) (50/75/75/75/75/75) (2in morning 1 before workout)
CEL: Cycle Assist (4 caps morning / 4 caps evening)
Beta Alanine (1 spoon before and after training)
Protein: Dymatize Elite Whey (5 spoons, throughout the day)
Fishoil (3 caps per day)
Hawthorne Berry (2 caps twice per day) 2 week preload
Milk Thistle (2 caps twice per day (1000mg) 2 week preload
Taurine (2-3 g. morning/preworkout/postworkout)

PCT
SNS Inhibit-E (75/75/50/25) (1 morning, rest before bed)
Cel. PCT assist (6 caps per day) (Split 2 doses)
Milk Thistle (2 caps twice per day (1000mg)
Hawthorne Berry (2 caps twice per day)
Beta Alanine (1 spoon before and after training)
Protein: Dymatize Elite Whey (5 spoons, throughout the day)
Creatine (1 spoon before workout 2 after)

You should add in some cortisol control for pct I'd say go for suppress c since you are using inhibit e, also some sns daa as well.

I've forgot to write down suppress c, I already have this and will use during pct.. reduce xt, the same as inhibit-e?

SNS DAA havent read about, whats this good for?

I can see D-Aspartic Acid is alot cheeper then caps, one cap is 3,12 gram D-Aspartic Acid.. Should I combine that with ALCAR?

whoops, i got the two confused (inhibit e & reduce xt) i meant inhibit e, if you were using say topical formestane, then i'd recomend reduce xt, this way you're not mixing two topical solutions.

pct assist is enough. daa increases testosterone via a different means than aromatase inhibitors, serms, and the compounds in pct assist. with that, all those other means i listed increase test via a different means.

it's like comming at it from all directions. it isn't a must, but it's better if you are able.

i personally like caps better than loose poweder, but it's a personal preference.

and yea, you can combine it with alcar.

Okay, I have bought some, the caps and the powder is essentially the same, but you save alot of money by buying the powder, only side is that its bitter :)

I was from the start thinking of stacking the h-drol with m-lmg would you think that would have helped my goals? Thinking of running M-drol cycle next time, should I stack M-drol or would that be too much you think?

This is the updated PCT: Would you add more protein in my diet or what do you think about that?

it looks good for an otc pct plan.

I wouldn't stack anything with the hdrol since you dont have a serm. run the hdrol and take some time to get your hands on some clomid esp for the mdrol.

how many grams of protein are you taking in each day? on cycle you should shoot for 2g for every lb (4g per kg)

Im going for 20 gram 5 times a day, I can see thats not nearly enough? Im suppose to get 312 gram, when 78 kg.. When taking so much arent I at risk of gaining bf?

I have ordered some Clomid and some Nolva for my next M-drol cycle.. PCT for this goes like this:M-drol cycle

Also im getting protein in my diet, so maybe its 312 grams of protein total ?

that probably will be enough.

no, you wont get fat as long as you are exercising enough and eating healthy.
