I was wonder how much does H Drol help with muscle recovery? Is it still necessary for 24hr + of rest, or can I just go balls out? I'm doing full body work outs one day on one day off, 2 workouts per muscle group.(strength training)
I feel as if I could and need to do more. What is a good routine to maximize the results?
