Im super excited to start this cycle up. Im going to run exactly like the sponsored log Id seen on another site when researching M1 4ADD. Im a bit nervous because I am gyno prone, but from what Ive read its usually not an issue. Im hoping to pack on 15-20lbs.

I started my bulk around Thanksgiving. From Thanksgiving to Christmas I put on about 15lbs. Unfortunately though I started developing a really bad case of elbow tendonitis due to work and in part the heavy lifting Id been doing. Im also a bit nervous about that. I took a month off.The elbow is doing better, but I still very tense forearm extensors. I just started back working out and it seems to be doing better. Still trying to get my full strength back. Im a massage therpaist so I use my hands a lot. I was extrememly busy which is what I think caused the problems.
Starting weight was 5'11 180. Now Im at 195, hoping to get to about 215-220. Im gonna be eating a ton of beef and other proteins, with a lot of carbs from rice, pasta, sweet potatos, white potatos, and wheat bread.
Tomorrow Ill start taking 60mgs just to get it in my system. Again thurs. Fri Ill officially start the cycle, taking 120.
