Im super excited to start this cycle up. Im going to run exactly like the sponsored log Id seen on another site when researching M1 4ADD. Im a bit nervous because I am gyno prone, but from what Ive read its usually not an issue. Im hoping to pack on 15-20lbs.

Formestane- final two weeks of cycle and first two weeks of PCT
Inhibit E as well for PCT. Ill also use DAA and Animal Stak for a test boost combo. Plus Amplified Creatine.

I started my bulk around Thanksgiving. From Thanksgiving to Christmas I put on about 15lbs. Unfortunately though I started developing a really bad case of elbow tendonitis due to work and in part the heavy lifting Id been doing. Im also a bit nervous about that. I took a month off.The elbow is doing better, but I still very tense forearm extensors. I just started back working out and it seems to be doing better. Still trying to get my full strength back. Im a massage therpaist so I use my hands a lot. I was extrememly busy which is what I think caused the problems.

Starting weight was 5'11 180. Now Im at 195, hoping to get to about 215-220. Im gonna be eating a ton of beef and other proteins, with a lot of carbs from rice, pasta, sweet potatos, white potatos, and wheat bread.

Tomorrow Ill start taking 60mgs just to get it in my system. Again thurs. Fri Ill officially start the cycle, taking 120.

Wow I'm in looks great except where's the SERM? I'd suggest you pick one up and run it at least the first 2 weeks of PCT. Also why do you plan on starting the P-mag 2 weeks in M14? It's probably easier on your body if you just ran a 4 week cycle with both. Both of these are some of the wettest OTC compounds so be ready to use formestane on cycle if you feel any problems arising.

If you want to use DHEA on cycle you certainly can, but regarding your question about effects down below..only in the libido sense. Otherwise dhea just furthers suppression while providing you with libido and energy.

Good I would recommend a SERM for this cycle as this is two methylated substances. Escholar had some good results with that dosing protocol so I see no reason not to do it. :)

Wow 15-20lbs is very ambitious, sub'd
Well I put on 15lbs in 4 weeks taking Prime, PowerFull, and Amplified Creatine. Unfortunately thats when my tendonitits was really kicking in and I had to take some time off. I did go from about 10% to around 14%.

My plan is not go over 15-16%. I want to bulk until around May or so. Then recomp/cut down to about 8-9%

Ok time for an update. Ive been very busy so Ill cover two work outs today.

As mentioned I started weds taking 60mgs of m14 and fri started with the 120 doses to officially kick off the cycle.

As for me Im a classic ectomorph frame. Decently broad shoulders, with long limbs and a small rib cage. So weight isnt too easy to come by.

My elbow felt great during the two workouts except for T-Bar rows and bicep excercises. Thankfully I was able to go fairly heavy and not have too much problems. I feel fine after the work outs.

My work out style is to go fairly heavy but not rest too long. I feel much better when I work out with high intensity with less rest even though I may not be able to go quite as heavy. Ill usually rest a lil longer on my last, heavier set.

Back:
1 arm seated cable rows: 90-15, 100-12, 110-8
Underhand pulldowns: 130-15, 130-15, 140-12
T-Bar row w chest rest: 115-15, 115-15, 135-12, 135-12
Wide grip pulldowns w neutral grip: 120-20, 120-20, 140-15

Calves:
Seated calf raises: 115-15, 115-15, 135-12, 135-12
Leg press calf raises: 270-15, 270-15, 290-12, 290-12

Sat workout.

Chest:
Incline iso chest press: per arm 70-15, 80-15, 80-15, 90-8

Really trying to focus on the upper chest.

Im not sure if its placebo or not but I felt very strong and with GREAT stamina. I know most say it takes a while to build up but I seemed to feel very powerful. I felt much better, considering Im still rounding back into it from the time off with the elbow tendoinitis. I cant wait till monday to hit legs! Im going to try to get a massage sometimes this week to try and help keep the forearm muscles loose so the elbow continues to improve under the heavy lifting.

Today I felt some slight lethargy for the first time today. I wasnt too bad at all. Nothing like my last cycle which was X-Tren. Once I hit the gym though it was like a burst of energy and intensity hit me. I havent been doing any cardio and the M14add seems to be helping there too. I dont rest much in between sets, I feel to be recouperating much faster than I previously have been.

My workout today was pretty damn killer. Im trying to go deep on my squats, at least parrellel. No the partial movements you see most guys in the gym doing so they can load up the bar. I was wanting to push heavier on leg press but decided not to because I was feeling a slight twing in my left knee which has had off and on problems.

Legs:
Squats- 225/15, 225/15, 275/10, 275/8- drop to 225 and then 135
Leg Press- 540/15, 540/15, 630/12. 630/12- drop to 450
Leg Extension- 150/15 drop to 110, 175/15 drop to 110

SLDL w cables- 150/15, 160/15, 160/15, 170/12
Lying leg curls- 70/15, 70/15, 80/12, 80/12.... cant go as heavy as w most curl machines

You need a serm or a lot more OTC stuff in pct. Some clomid or nolva really

Are you suing anything for the elbow(supp wise)
As mentioned Ive been using Supper Cissus, which seems to really be helping a lot. Im also using glucosamine and chondroiton, and fish oil.

I mostly feel the elbow/forearm pain during t bar rows, and bicep movements. I did feel it last night when lifting and lower the DBs while doing shoulder presses. Its doing much better though. Im going to try to get a massage next week. This week has been too hectic.

Since it is a localized problem , I suggest you try something like NOW's Topical Celadrin and topical Glucosamine;)

Today was the start of my second week on cycle. All I can say is WOW, M14ADD is really starting to kick in. I think Ill get some really good gains in the coming weeks. In the first week Ive gained 5lbs so far, Im up to 199! The think I love is no real sides so far. I dont feel anymore aggitation. The sleep hasnt been too bad either, really no more tossing and turning than normal at this point. Only in the first few days did I notice a difference in sleep. The strength is really about to kick it up another notch or two. Im really loving this stuff! Another plus is no real drop yet in libido! Tonight was back and calves. Im feeling a serious pump in my back, it was great work out!

Today was the first day I noticed some real sides. My aggression was through the roof. I just wanted to rip off someones head today. It was a long, tough week and the day just didnt start well. From the start though I felt an intense aggression inside. I couldnt wait to get to the gym to release it. I felt extremely strong, except my first exercise I felt a bit wore out from the day. Plus I started with T-Bar rows, which still aggitate my elbow a bit. Overall its healing up nicely. My strength is increasing each time out. Today I started taking P Mag at 50mgs.

Im up to 205 now! Week one up 5lbs, week two up 6lbs!

Felt much better today. I do feel a lil more aggression but its very managable and nothing like yesterday. Some idiot blocked me in while trying to make a u-turn, that was the only time I felt some real aggression.lol

Ive been feeling great again. My aggression is back down again and Im feeling normal there. No real sides at all outside of maybe a lil more lower back pain than usual. Not sure if its from using more weight, pumps, or something like that because of bigger pumps. I do get issues in my hip/lower back area so I do feel its most likely the extra weights Im using.

Last night was legs. Wow, I felt like I could have went and do that whole work out again! It didnt feel like I did anything at the end of the workout. I felt I could have gone heavier but I dont have a partner and there werent man guys around to spot me so I ddint chance it. The M1 has really kicked in full force, this stuff is the real deal. This isnt sponsored in any way so Im not embellishing anything here. I really love this stuff. The P Mag is also helping the strength too.

Last night was shoulders. The last two nights Ive had trouble sleeping. So during the day Im feeling some lethargy, then getting wide awake at night. Its not too bad, because Im a night person but its certainly enhanced.

How late are you dosing your last ph? I personally cant dose any ph after 6pm or it effects my sleep
I usually take my last dose at about 6. Its a dose of both M1 4ADD and P Mag. Thing is Im normally a night person. I usually stay up until around 1. Hopefully tonight my sleep is a bit more normal.

Im on my final week of M1. Im really starting to see a difference in body comp from the P Mag. EVerything is starting to tighten up again. My appetite is really increasing as well. The sides are extremely low. Libido has slightly dropped but not much. Taking DHEA to combat that. My sleep and temperment are all pretty much back to normal.

Im now up to 209, which is a 4lb gain from last week. Up 5, 6, and 4.
