hdrol questions

so im starting my first cycle of hdrol
im taking cel ca for a week before and im not sure what dose to take of the hdrol im new to this im 20 185 pounds and 6 foot and also im hearing a lot of different things for pct any tips will be a great help i dont want to start without having my facts straight and mess myself up

If i were you id do some more research and get everything in hand especially pct and support supps. Might also be a good idea to wait til your 21 before using ph/ds.
