Can Alpha One be bridged into M1,4ADD?

Was considering bridging the alpha1 into M1,4add for a summer bulk starting in june, and wanted to know if it's safe to do so cause i read that it shouldn't be bridged into mdrol? or would it be wiser just to go the m1,4add w/ p-mag route? also which out of the two will deliver the better results; the alpha1/m1,4add or m1,4add/p-mag?
or would it be better to start of with the m1,4add then go into the alpha?

I would just do Alpha One solo cycle for 21-25 days then after proper time off come back and do a m14add/Pmag stack(bridge)
