First of all a HUGE thank you to Lanbane and AppNut for this opportunity. Here is my feedback:

    1. Great pumps all day long - Very hard muscle feeling but not the wet bloated muscles you might get from other supps . It is a very lean and strong feel.

    2. You can eat a boatload of carbs and have no bloating or stomach issues. I have a weak stomach and too many carbs (esp. pasta/oats) can cause stomach issues for me however I had o problems at all with the new Neovar when eating large amounts of carbs. It's like it magically soaks up the carbs or something and transports it to your muscles when you need it. I definitely did get a leaned out feeling while on this product.

    3. Nice strength gains, great recomp effects.

    4. I think the recovery between sets is noticeable. I can’t necessarily say that I recover between workouts much sooner, but I have been a little less sore than normal. In other words, it may help slightly with DOMS. Now I would not try to sell it to my buddies as a product that would really help their cardio system, but it certainly hasn’t hurt it.

    5. It’s a great supplement overall. I would personally use it on a recomp or a cut. In fact on a cut I think it would be ideal for keeping, or possibly gaining, strength while still losing some stubborn fat around the midsection. I would not hesitate to use it during a bulk either though to help with carb disgestion.

    6. I was wearing a short sleeve shirt the other night and have a gal make the comment “Wow, TheNinja, you got some major guns going on there. I don’t think I ever saw you in a short sleeve shirt like that”. - Now obviously that’s not attributed all to this new supp, but it certainly makes my arms feel thicker and fuller.

I know this stuff isn't available yet, but is there a problem with taking it every day for 10-12 weeks or even more? I have some left from the testing and have just been taking 3 every morning 15 minutes before my large carb breakfast of oats. I feel it helps keep my gut from getting bloated and also helps me feeling thinner. I then take 3-4g of creatine mono later throughout the day. Is this something that should be cycled?

btw, I would assume that the "new Neovar" would pair well with Lipo-PM. Is there any problems with the combinations of these two ingredient profiles? It seems like a nice economical way to stay thin while gaining some strength. For example, 3 new Neovar in the AM and 2 Lipo-PM at night?

The combo would work very, very well together. I'd actually use some Lipo-PM in the morning too, and throw in a single cap of Neovar with that Lipo-PM before bed too

so i thought creatine non responders were people who naturally have creatine stores that are filled up and not able to absorb anymore?

they are so few and far between that I don't think i've ever seen a study that gives an explanation as to why they are non responders. What most people think is that it more is an issue with some of the chemical reactions in the breakdown and then restorage of creatine

You are apparently doing your best to rub this in! Some of us did not even get a chance to test the product any you are getting extras on top of the previous stash!

I have not visited the forum for some time now, so I had no idea this this thread existed. I was one of the testers for this product (thanks for selecting me!!!) Here is my update. I just finished my bottle of the new neovar last week. I took four capsules twice per day. Once in the morning with a 40 gram protien shake and 1 cup of oatmeal. I took my second dose post workout with a 40 gram protein shake and a bagel or some pasta or some similar carb source.

The first few days of taking the product (8 caps in one dose as directed) caused me some stomach problems. I then switched to two doses of four caps per day. The stomach discomfort continued for another day or so, then it subsided.

I had a nice even strength gain from this product. I also had phenomenal pumps!!! My wife saw me come out of the garage (that's where I have my home gym set up) one evenining and said "your pump is ridiculous, that stuff you are taking seems to be working." The pumps never seemed to completely go away. I don't own a scale so I can't say if I gained any weight or not. However, I do think I look a bit leaner. Which is nice since I have not done any cardio in months, and have been hitting the doritos more than I should have.

    Overall I loved the product.
