    4-6 days. I switch it up every 8-12weeks. Monday is going to be 3 days training 2 days cardio (CKD)

    everyday for me....either cardio or weights or both. I don't feel overtrained AT ALL....in fact all my lifts are going up and I have gained 20+ lbs this semester.

    5 times per week.

    I do cardio after lifting. Makes it easier for me to actually DO it (vs. on it's own time).

    I only take pre-WO products before lifting - don't need them for the cardio afterwards.
