  1. I have a little bit more time to spare these days, so 6 times a week, lifting 4-5 times, depending on recovery.


  2. Three times per week Dc training

    and I work Seven hours five days per week lifting heavy stuff and stocking as my job.

  3. 3 or 4 days a week in the gym...3 or 4 days a week running...

  4. I weight train 5 times a week and do HIIT cardio 2 times. The duration varies but I usually train with higher volume.

  5. I always go by how my body feels, which works out to about 4-5 days per week. Today I was planning to do a lower body workout but my hams were still not 100% after doing deadlifts yesterday so I took the day off.

    As far as cardio goes, during the school year I was barely getting in 2 sessions after weights per week, but now that classes are over I'm getting in about 25minsx4 per week. I'm on a clean bulk, so I don't need that much cardio but I wan't to keep myself in shape.

  6. 4x a week, sometimes 5 depending on my outside schedule.

  7. Lift 4 times/week
    Spar 2 times/week
    BJJ 2 times/week
    Cardio 5 times/week

    I have 2-a-days 5 times a week and a cardio only day on Friday or Saturday.

  9. 5 and no cardio atm...when goals change it will be 4x/wk and 2 cardio.

  13. I voted for 5x, since that is the routine I ahve been doing for awhile now.

    I am very curious to see this new stuff for sure.

    4-5 days per week

  15. 4x per week.

  16. 4-5 a week here. MWF weights-T and T cardio

  17. 3 total body workouts, 1 plyo day and 1 cardio day for a total of 5.

  18. In the gym four to five days a week. Not including cardio.

  19. 4-6 days. I switch it up every 8-12weeks. Monday is going to be 3 days training 2 days cardio (CKD)

  20. 4x per week for me.

  21. everyday for me....either cardio or weights or both. I don't feel overtrained AT ALL....in fact all my lifts are going up and I have gained 20+ lbs this semester.

    Everyone is different.......

  27. 5 days weights and right now, 5 days cardio.

    mon-upper; tues-accessory; wed-lower; fri-upper.

    all other days- REST.

  29. 5 days for me.

  30. 5 times per week.

    I do cardio after lifting. Makes it easier for me to actually DO it (vs. on it's own time).

    I only take pre-WO products before lifting - don't need them for the cardio afterwards.
