2) have you used any fat burning products before yes several
3) years training since 13
4) current goals get leaner 4 weeeks out
5) can you update your log a min of 3-5 times a week ya
6) any links to previous logs or workout journals

Please answer the following

1) Age 46

2) have you used any fat burning products before - yes, pretty much everything under the sun.

3) years training - ~30..

4) current goals - I'm on a cut. Had rotator cuff surgery end of Sept. Limited on strength, but finally able to lift again. Literally, trying to sculpt my body again..

5) can you update your log a min of 3-5 times a week - absolutely!

6) any links to previous logs or workout journals - I can dig some up.

7) Willing to provide photos? - absolutely!!
