Pics aren't loading on my phone .

Put Meadows rows on the darn docket! They have helped me keep these ridiculous Lats spreading.

Thick Bar, Pendlay rows have been my row of choice the last couple months.

The focus on grip and trying to keep strict form takes me to another world! Transcendent! Meditative! Must Row!

Dumbbell Rows. Do them from a deadstop and take all the momentum out of the motion. This not only engages the back it helps stimulate the full range of motion so you can not cheat yourself.

Old School T-Bar rows are my favorite where the pole is wedged into the wall and you ROW to GROW!!!:D
but since that wasn't one of the options then I'll go with one arm dumbbell rows but I like to line up a few
dumbbells in different weights and kill it with drops sets.

Congrats, winners! USP always hooking it up!

Just wanted to share my thoughts anyway ;)

I like them all, but if I had to pick just one -- cables. I love using different attachments and grips, as well as angles. So many options!

I dosed 4 caps of Yok3D as soon as I got up today then about 20 min later I went with 1 1/2 serving
of Jack3D and powder mixed well with virtually no foam and just a little expected sediment since
creatine is one of the ingredients. The Pink Lemonade was tasty to drink and it had a smooth
lemonade flavor without being to tart or sweet. I trained Chest/Shoulders/Abs and the energy was
decent but I'm sure I can handle two level scoops but just wanted to do 1 1/2 since it was my first
time using this formula. I will do 2 scoops on my next workout and I definitely wanna try this combo
of Yok3D and Jack3D on my next arm workout to really see my guns Jacked from Yok.;)

Barbell rows gvt stylee. 10 sets x 10 reps with a min rest between sets. By #10 you got that mega alpha walk and exploding forearms.
