Requirements:

Each cap is 50mg, that equates to the equivalent of 40 caps per day, says in bottle not to exceed 10 caps per day

Well, I can say this:
I have been taking 1g ATE (10% Turkesterone and 85% ecdysteroids).
I liked it but it was expensive.

Their dose would not do much for me to be honest.

But 1.5 and 2g would be nice.
I also would check Hemoglobin

Danes, Tonvara and others, except Thermolife, haven't purchased a single gram of any substance from ICPS. I know the director personally. I'll simply get a letter from them. It should help with marketing, I believe))

May I ask what did you notice from ICPS's ATE?? Did you run anything else with it or just the ATE?

-pump/musclefullness
-Strength increase
-Size
-increased Hemoglobin and more redness in my face and upper body
-better recovery
-Endurance

Yes 40 tabs is 2 grams. IMO you need more then just 1 bottle. Danes .

I used to cycle on 20-30 tabs for over 1 year. I weigh 247 lb now and need a higher dosage

It depends. I'd begin with 10 tabs/day first week, then 15 tabs - 2nd, 20 tabs on 3rd week, 25 on 4th week. You can up the dosage on week 5 or stay on 25 tabs/day for some time. Adjust your dosage if needed.

Why is it packaged so low? And states not to use more than 10?

You got blood tested for hemoglobin?
Is this a known side? I don't see this listed on any websites..

Hemoglobin may go up, I noticed a slight increase in hemoglobin. I can't really call it a side effect.

Maybe I'll have to watch my blood pressure as well.

I dont have a pcp.. I stay away from doctors.

A quick check of my email this morning shows a receipt for 1 order of 6 bottles

Yes, I got my Hemoglobin tested and As long as its not above the max range , it would be fine (as long you dont have any hearth issues etc)

probably not something someone who has been diagnosed with polycythemia should mess with then!!!
