Very nice choice! This is one on my shelf that I haven't had the chance to use yet. Been waiting for a time to toss it in when nothing else is changing and it hasn't happened yet.

'll throw my hat in for the caffeine free version of RagNOrok Elite.

I have been looking for a good caffeine free pre-workout for a while. Based on my university schedule, some days I train at 8am and some days I train at 8pm. I want a stimulant free version so I can add stimulants to it on the days when I train earlier and then use the product by itself on the days I train later.

The product looks wicked. That's a really potent and well stocked 15.3g scoop.

Thanks for your interest, muskate! I personally use Rag caff free for this very reason. Some days I can add caffeine and/or BronkAid if I need it. But the adjustability is great! Plus, it works really well without any added juice too.

I am really interested in trying the RagNOrock pre-workout!! I am not sure what the exact amount of caffeine is, but it should be ok with my workouts. I usually take in about 140mg pre workout. But I would be willing to run either the caffeinated or non caffeinated.

The profiles look awesome!

I consider myself a good candidate as I am constantly trying new pre-workouts and have a good knowledge of the effects of most ingredients. I am always looking for an edge for my crossfit workouts and this looks like one to fit the bill!
I meet all requirements.
Logging a sleep product right now which shouldn't interfere.
I usually workout 4 days a week with crossfit. And 1-2 workouts with Barbell class doubling up.
I can really use the boost when I double up with crossfit and Barbell.

By the way, I'm a little unconventional here, but I do circuit training and HIIT cardio, alternating 6 days a week. So, not CrossFit, but I'd still say closer than traditional bodybuilding. I found Cordygen-NanO2 to really help me step up my endurance. Probably as much if not more than RagNOrok. Have you tried Cordygen?

I have not tried cordygen yet either. I was trying like hell to win it though with the pushup contest you guys had. I would certainly like to try that one. I guess I am looking to find something that will alllow me to push beyond my limit and continue to rep out further. We have the annual Murphy workout coming next month as well as I have the Spartan Beast on may 20th to train for. I am looking to step up my efforts!

That's pretty awesome, thorsdad31. And I agree. I figured out a long time ago that different approaches are equally valid. What works for me, my schedule, my family, my goals... May be very different than someone else. But as long as it works for me, I don't care what others think. Plenty of people might look down on me for only working out with dumbbells at my house. But it works for me. As long as I'm not like those "runners" that run all the time and think they're healthy but still have a big gut, I think I'm doing ok.
