Whats up, guys?? I know you're probably getting ready to go crush some weights so I'll make this quick.

Our next product in our legendary line-up is coming very soon - we need a few serious lifters to review it for us. AnabolicMinds.com was obviously our first thought - the home of the most savage to walk the gyms of America.

As with most pre-release promotions, we can't tell you many specifics about the product. It is non-hormonal, and it does not contain stimulants. It IS however, one of our most versatile products to make it to mass market.

*Currently adding some size to possibly compete in the NPC Sacramento or Governor's Cup, Men's Bodybuilding or Classic Physique.

*I only do T-bars and rack pulls. 10 rep max T-bar is 245. I weigh 170.

Coupled with better numbers on front squat and DL...10 rep max? Ummmm, hmmm... will have to get back to ya :)

Love the answer. That's my current style as well.

My group has a March challenge going - 200 KB Turkish Get Ups, no more than 10 in one day counted toward the goal.

Physique and strength. I've been bulking up this winter, just finished a nice 1-Andro run, and starting to ease my way into a body fat drop. Goal is to go from 17% to 12%, increase strength and endurance. I work long hours landscaping Spring through Fall, so I'm trying to make training practical, as well as aesthetic. (The wife like my chest.)

155lbs

185lbs

I know those aren't very heavy weights, but I'm working on them. I don't have regular access to a gym, so I have to make up for it with body weight, home gym, and borrowing boulders or tires from work. I'm slowly moving into a 2 days heavy, 2 days high volume routine.

As my first? Sorry, no. But maybe a tramp stamp down the road. ;)

Been waiting for this one!

Currently training to get stronger and build endurance on the basketball while cutting fat and not sacrificing muscle. It's going incredibly well thus far.

10 rep max DL is only about 405 (only go up to reps of 6 normally and easily surpass this)
10 rep max bench is about 315 (hit that for 3 sets of 6 and 235 for 6 sets of 15)
10 rep max squat is probably only 315 (hip imbalance = tons of isolation work)

And no tattoos period, but I'd do a henna one for you lol

Like I said in the first question, I am 58 years old I don't train heavy anymore but I do get in 6-10 workout per week (Weights-Am, cardio Pm) and really miss one. I will give the product a fair test and an honest review. Thank you!

Switched to conventional training from circuit and numbers continue to climb.
Tattoo, have one. Wife would not appreciate another unless it was her. And we all know how that ends.

- considering entering a men's physique contest early next month if my schedule allows for it. either way, i'll be continuing to lean out for summer and eating on the run between cases (a surgeon's day is always insane)

- hit 315 for 15 last week pretty easily

- 275 for 10

What is your current 10 rep max squat?
- 325 (but who was leg day?)

1) Currently training for strict curls (yes, they have a competition even in that :D) My PR in strict curls is 165lb, not strict - 200. Going to hit 175-180lb tomorrow strict.
